Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very attentive, the customer service was outstanding, and the wait time was very short. I brought my brother in to be seen, and the front desk team was especially kind, helpful, and professional throughout the visit. We truly appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was. I took my daughter to urgent care for a physical and the experience was great. She was in and out in no time and we experienced no issues whatsoever. I strongly recommend them to any parent looking to get their child a physical or any other medical needs. The location is easily accessible with parking right in front of the office.
Y’all, this urgent care is amazing! The staff were so sweet and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. Check-in was easy, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and the doctor actually took time to listen and explain everything. You can tell they really care about people here. If you ever need to be seen quick but still want folks who treat you right, this is the spot! && the waiting area smells nice.
The staff were very friendly. The nurse showed interest in how I was feeling and did an excellent job. The doctor explained my issues to my understanding as well as called me in a timely manner with my results. He also shared care instructions very well. He shared concern and even let me know if anything else happens to come back.
Came in for to be seen for a skin rash. I truly appreciate how nice the nurse and the doctor were. The facility was clean, with great staff, and fast service. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great service!

First time I’ve used OnPoint Urgent Care and everything went smoothly. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Got an x-ray, prescription, and prognosis in one stop. Hope I don’t need to go again but if so I will based on my positive experience.
