Had a really pleasant experience at the Estrella location with Dr. Anna and her medical assistant. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Came in to discuss my daughters hemangiomas and Dr. Anna thoroughly explained everything to us. She wasn’t pushy at all and left the treatment plan entirely up to us which I really appreciated. She put our minds at ease with how informative she was. I would recommend her to anyone and will be going back to her if I/my family need a dermatologist again!
The service is great at Omni Dermatology. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Doctor Anna Figuereido. She takes the time to explain things in detail and answer questions. She is also very caring and has the best attitude.
Very neat and easy going appointment. Open on Saturdays. Provided solutions and alternative options immidietaly. DR. WIGGINS is so nice and honest.
Front desk was amazing !
Ive been coming here for couple years now I see Dr. Craig Wiggins hes the best! He always takes care of my needs and listens to everything i have to say. Most Drs dont care to hear anymore and just give u meds, but Craig is amazing! I highly recommend.
Doctors were excellent at the Moh’s procedure. Support staff were caring and professional.………………………….:………….,………My second visit was with Craig Wiggins. He was polite, courteous, listened to my concerns, asked questions.
Anyone leaving a negative review of him should look at their own attitude. His was great.
I had an appointment with Dr.Wiggins. My appointment time was at 7:40 am. I checked in with ease at the front desk. I was seen by Dr. Wiggins quickly, he was straight to the point, which I loved. I was out the door at 8:00am with prescriptions.
I recently visited Omni Dermatology and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Craig Wiggins.
Previously, I had been seen by another provider, Derek, and his assistant, who were both extremely thorough and attentive. They reviewed my history, explained that my acne was likely hormonal, and provided several treatment options including spironolactone, doxycycline, and clindamycin. I followed this plan closely. Importantly, I was only placed on doxycycline for one month, as recommended, with the understanding that my follow-up visit would focus on evaluating my progress and adjusting treatment accordingly.
Due to scheduling, I had my follow-up with Craig Wiggins instead, and the difference in care was alarming. He entered the room without greeting me, had no notes or computer, and had clearly not reviewed my history. He immediately asked if I just wanted prescription refills, despite me already explaining that I was not satisfied with my progress and wanted to discuss alternative treatment options.
When I explained that my acne had plateaued, he stated there was essentially “no solution” and immediately suggested Accutane without asking any meaningful questions. After I declined due to the risks, he offered no thoughtful alternatives. I had to repeatedly prompt him for guidance. He then suggested I restart doxycycline, this time for three months straight, despite the fact that I had already completed the prescribed course. When I expressed concern about the risks of extended antibiotic use, including potential liver effects, he dismissed those concerns entirely rather than addressing them appropriately.
Additionally, I brought up a separate issue I was referred for by a rheumatologist. I explained that I had a positive ANA test but was told by the rheumatologist that my symptoms did not appear to be autoimmune in nature and were more likely dermatologic. She specifically noted that she did not believe it was Raynaud’s and advised me to follow up with dermatology. When I explained my symptoms and even showed videos, he barely looked at them, did not examine my hands at all, and quickly dismissed everything I said. He interrupted me and insisted it was Raynaud’s without performing any proper evaluation or asking follow-up questions.
Throughout the visit, he did not examine my skin, did not ask about my history, and made dismissive suggestions such as stopping moisturizer entirely. The interaction felt rushed, inattentive, and unprofessional. He ultimately left the room without any clear plan, explanation, or even a proper goodbye. When I spoke with the medical assistant afterward, I was told no follow-up was needed.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disheartening. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and without any direction for my care. I am already seeking treatment elsewhere. Given that similar concerns appear in other reviews, I strongly urge management to address this provider’s conduct, as this level of care is unacceptable.
I had a very disappointing experience with Craig Wiggins during my son’s visit for molluscum treatment. My son is only 4 years old, and I felt there was a real lack of compassion and empathy throughout the appointment. As a parent, that was very hard to watch.
When I asked questions about the treatment, the answers I received were vague and not reassuring. My son was clearly distressed, and I did not feel the situation was handled with the patience, care, or kindness you would expect when treating a small child. The overall experience felt unnecessarily harsh and upsetting.
For a $300 visit, I expected not only competent care but also professionalism and sensitivity. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
