Check in was quick, didn't wait long and I was in with the Dermatologist and a few minutes later I was done. Dr Martinez was very knowledgeable and educated me big time! My first time here and if I need to come back, Omni Dermatology is the only place I will go to!! Very clean facility!!They have a great App for the patient portal, I'm looking forward to using it!
After I completed online registration, I spoke with the front desk and received immediate prompt and courteous attention. I was seated for only three minutes before I was called back and put into a waiting room. The nurse assistant was extremely thoughtful, kind and listened very well. It was then only three or four minutes before the doctor arrived. Dr. Navarro is incredible. Not only is she professional kind a good listener she is extremely knowledgeable and patient and portrayed a real concern and a real willingness to not only ease my mind, but to address my issues. This was one of the medical environment situations I have ever walked into thanks, Omni Dermatology for making me feel so valued, appreciated and important thank you Dr. Navarro
First of all Erik Martinez is not a doctor, even though he acts superior. He's a NP. Worse provide I've ever seen. I've been dealing with cellulitis and had developed a new one. Didn't do a proper exam. When he was talking to me, he was leaning over the exam table, very unprofessional. I had stressed to him that I was feeling very unwell, and that I was seen in the emergency room a few days ago. His response was that he doesn't believe in oral antibiotics. I left his office, went straight to the emergency room, and was admitted.
I had left a message with the office manager, Rosa a few days ago, and hasn't reach out. I'm sharing my experience online, to warn other's.
Ive been going to Lidia Navarro for years now. She is amazing, makes me feel understood and listens to my concerns. I’m so thankful to have found such a great team!
