Staff was very friendly and helpful. Office is brand new and nice. Dr Aslam listened to me and got me set up with testing to be proactive with my health as a diabetic to make sure everything is A-ok!

This was my first visit with Dr. Aslam and I was very pleased with it. He was very relaxed and didn't make me feel rushed and I could tell that he was genuinely there for my health needs and to answer any questions that I might have. I very much look forward to seeing him through this new adventure in my life.

My heart condition demands several visits per year. The friendly staff remember me and they quickly review my vitals and meds and make appropriate notes in my records. They always consult notes from the prior visit during these reviews, and since my condition doesn't change much, they usually have everything pre-recorded. The office is usually crowded enough to keep me waiting 5 to 10 minutes but this time I arrived at 08:30AM and got in with less than 5 minutes waiting. After the initial records/meds/vitals review, there's usually another 5 minute wait (in a private little room) for the Nurse Practicioner (NP). The NP then reviews the updated review records and leads me through a frank and pleasant conversation, asking about any change in the pattern of my symptoms and advising about available, appropriate treatment options accompanied by a frank assessment of associated risks and probable benefits. I like the experience here and have learned to trust the advice I get. They always let me make the final decision about any treatment or meds options I decide to accept and they give what I think is good advice about the consequences (both medical and financial). I plan to retain these folks as my primary cardiology resource because their service and expertise satisfy my expectations and have kept me alive for several years. When I have an upcoming appointment they send me an SMS ("text") message. I wish they would use email instead (I am a technically skilled, fully functional adult and old enough to understand the superiority of email versus SMS), but that's a small consideration in an otherwise very nice relationship.

Dr Norman is professional and very caring. I trust him to do what’s best for me and my health. He always gives me time to explain my symptoms etc. And then he works hard to find the solutions that are best for me. His knowledge and expertise are priceless to me. There’s a reason he’s known as one of the top in our area!! 100% recommend Dr Norman!

Excellent experience at NW Houston Heart Center!! From the moment I arrived, the pre-check nurse and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting me with kindness and respect. They truly make you feel cared for. A special mention goes to Dr. Brandon Rhodes his professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for his patients really stand out. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find a doctor who shows such patience and humanity. I’m very grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received here and highly recommend NW Houston Heart Center to anyone looking for excellent medical attention and a team that truly values their patients.

This location is by far the best Drs office in general. The staff is all super friendly, precise and answer any question. The start of your experience will start with the sweetest man on the phone to schedule your appointments then you come to the location finding your way around is a little confusing but everyone is willing to help you find your way! I'm usually an anxious mess with Drs but I don't feel that way here! Highly recommend if you need them!

As always, Dr. Roy Norman & his staff took very good care of me. Although this appointment was more intense than the last three visits because I had a very recent stay in a hospital. He explained to me exactly what the condition was & how serious it was. He layed out a plan of care including a follow-up appointment in three months instead of six months. Dr. Norman always make me feel cared for. I cannot say that about all of my doctors. As long as I live in Houston, he will be my cardiologist. He is the reason I have not returned home. Dr. Norman is the best doctor in Houston! 2 thumbs up!!

The level of care and attentiveness at Dr Aslam practice should be learned by every medical practitioner in the world!!! With all levels from the front desk, nurses, technicians and follow up crew, you will find that everyone there has your absolute best interests and health in mind. Dr. Aslam also will spend as much time and thoroughly answer all questions you may have. Best practice I have ever had the pleasure to go to.
