I have been going to Heart Care Center for more than 10 years I have delt with all the Doctor's at one time or another. I now see Dr Kadakia most of the time he is very caring and listens to your concerns. I recommended my mother and brother to this practice they were just as happy as I am.

BEWARE!!! I was told that I needed a $550.00 deposit before having tests done. My insurance company paid for all my medical bills. They are trying their hardest to keep my deposit, I have been getting the runaround and they are avoiding my calls and my insurance calls as well. They deserve zero stars. BEWARE!!!

As a first timer, I had a great experience. from start to finish. Dr. Khan and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. I specially appreciated how Dr. Khan took the time to go over my diagnosis and listened to me carefully. He was terrific, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and I immediately felt at ease. I walked away very impressed with the overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Mohammad Khan.

Dr. Norman is great. He has been spot on with diagnosing my issues and treating them. He worked with me on getting my procedures moved up based on previous care and documentation. I felt as though he went out of his way to hurry up the process so that I could feel better. However, the rating I provided is based on the office staff. I have come in more than once and been ignored at the front desk when trying to check in and make my co-pay payment. I have to speak to them first often times in order to get them to recognize that I am standing there in front of their faces. The self check-in devices have not been working or on the last few visits that I’ve been there so I actually have to have them check me in. Worst of all, they largely overcharged me for procedures that I had there that were covered under my insurance and it took several months to get $2000 back from them via check which I haven’t received yet. This was with me calling multiple times and requesting a rush. For my following visit, I was given an estimate for the visit and imaging which was far beyond what I actually owed out-of-pocket. I spoke to Lauren with the insurance verification department and she was extremely unprofessional and rude and would not let me verbally explain what I needed to in order to move forward with confirming the correct amount with my insurance. I ended up having to speak with a billing supervisor, who resolved the issue by getting on a three-way phone call with my insurance carrier who indeed confirmed that I did not owe the larger amount that they were attempting to collect from me. Their office needs to properly verify amounts owed based off individual insurance plans and not just a generalized amount for that particular insurance company as all insurance plans differ from one another. This was not a one off, so I am concerned that this will happen every time I have an appointment with a procedure or imaging involved.

Dr. Sherwani spends as much time as you need answering your questions. He explains everything so that you can understand. He is the most on time or nearly on time Doctor that I visit.

Everything was great. The doctor we really like. He listened to my family history and my concerns. Love this doctor.

Dr Khan was great, when we were face to face. He took extra time to answer every question with great detail. However, I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my appointment in a hot waiting room. When calling the office it's impossible to get a human on the phone. Responses through the patient portal take a minimum of 24 hours so you better not have a concern. And when I called to request a return to work letter on Friday I was told it could only be picked up or faxed (who still uses fax these days). I requested it be ready on Monday, was told it would be ready by 10, I got there at 11:30 and absolutely no one knew what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to the Dr or his assistant about a concern with my medication (I was having blackouts) I was told I had to make an appointment. Their overall lack of concern has me looking at different doctors -someone who takes patient care seriously. Highly disappointed.

I like Dr. Kadakia. I think he is a very competent physician. I didn’t like the fact that I needed to make an appointment to get my results when there was nothing especially wrong. The policy of this group is not to communicate if the results are good but that’s not a close loop and things in communication can and do occasionally go wrong. They have done once with this office recently. I was told, don’t worry you don’t have a co-pay. Who do they think is paying the insurance company? Despite this niggle I continue to use Dr. Kadakia as I trust his judgement. Not his organisational judgement, his medical judgement.
