Excellent experience at NextCare Urgent Care. The staff was very kind, professional, and proficient. I was able to make a appt online. I was seen quickly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. I normally go to see my primary on Base but as always they had nothing available so they referred me to ER or Urgent Care. I googled and found the closes to me and went at 8am. From the time I walked in the door, staff was very attentive to me. I did a smal amount of paperwork, paid my co pay and I waited for a not too long period of time for a walk-in. Front desk person was apologetic for the wait still. All staff that I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean looking, and mask were present at walking if needed. My visit was quick and resloved. The doctors bedside manner was plasent and informative. When I left I was happy that I decided to come. Medication was prescribed and my problem solved. I definitely will be coming back here the next time I am not feeling well and can't get in to see my PCM. I hate ER's but this visit help changed that.

Very pleased with this visit and grateful for the staff. The MAs and Dr. Paquette were wonderful. From the moment we walked in this morning, we were greeted by warm, attentive and friendly staff. All tests and diagnoses were explained thoroughly, and all questions were answered. The doctor eased our stress and explained the care plan. I can tell that the staff takes great pride in their work. Will definitely return.

Very good. Nice clean facility, very convenient location for me. What time wasn’t too bad given it’s an emergency care. I was impressed with the doctor. My problem was unique to me, and I was concerned. He diagnosed it immediately and put my mind at ease. He gave me prescriptions and directions that I’ve been working great. Thank you.

We have always seen Dr Paquette at the Huebner location. He seems to be very knowledgeable and the level of treatment is just beyond what you expect. He is very friendly and doesn’t make you waste your time. Reception Staff is very friendly as well. The only “bad” aspect seems to be the waiting time. We have been to that location multiple times and it doesn’t matter if you do walk in or appointment, the waiting time is approximately 1 hour when there are a few patients ahead of you.

Excellent care. Very well run clinic was seen in a timely manner. The staff and nurse practitioner were able to address my concerns and I left feeling better with treatments administered there and prescriptions called in to my local pharmacy.

Quick service. Front desk nice and nurse was nice. The P.A. or doc that I saw acted like he didn’t want to be at work that day. Was very short with me. I was the only patient in the clinic at that time… every other time I hv been in this clinic great service. Wasn’t impressed this time.

Dr. Raymond Joseph Paquette is superb…! Kindness matters and this place shows it. Highly recommend: well/informed, personable, approachable physician. I got instant access appointment online, AND my total In+Out time was 39 minutes. What more can I say —I could not praise this staff any higher: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely my new favorite Urgent Care, since my former Urgent Care doctor retired. Back again… This time for X-Ray of ankle (yes; I broke it). Super easy; everyone is always happy to be there and work hard to make you feel comfortable. Staff give awesome care. A shoutout to GWEN, who is amazing… so so helpful. And of course Dr. Paquette; everyone is quite attentive. —🙏 I highly recommend this urgent care center!
