I had a great experience here. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
As a self-pay patient, I truly appreciated how affordable the pricing was compared to other places I looked into. It made the entire process much less stressful.
I will definitely recommend this imaging center to my friends and family, and I would absolutely return again if needed. Highly recommend!
Front desk staff was great! Facility appeared nice and clean.
I was not so happy with the xray tech. He thought I would be ok with sitting in near by waiting area while he performed a chest x ray on my 9 year old, small for her age daughter in a secluded room. No sir buddy! I informed him that I would be in the room as well. He complied and all went well after that.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit today. They were very prompt and the technician was awesome. She explained every step and did everything to make me comfortable. She even covered my hands to keep them warm. Wish I could remember her name

Fast and friendly! Melissa was amazing! The ladies at the desk were super polite and friendly on my way in AND out! Check in was quick and I was called to the back for my scheduled appointment time which was just what I needed because I came to my appointment in my lunch break. Melissa was an angel…she explained everything that she was going to do and made the entire process comfortable for me. The staff here are amazing and they need a raise!!
I had a great experience. Check in was quick and the staff at the front desk were friendly and patient. I got called into my appointment time within five minutes of sitting down. My tech explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the entirety of the appointment.
This was my first appointment at this facility and I was very pleased with the care I received. I was welcomed with a smile and services were prompt and very professional. I would gladly give them a 5 star rating!
Needed an x-Ray and scheduling is a problem. They don't schedule x-rays over the phone and send you to the internet but I was unable to schedule through the internet. Showing up in person I was still unable because they never got the order from the doctor. They said Faxes take 48 hours to be delivered. Excuse me? Faxes in 2026? So I had to drive to the doctor's office and have them print the order and then drive back and hand it to them. So I drove at 40 mph, I guess faxes travel at about 1mph.
Other than that the staff is professional and polite and there were not too many people waiting and plenty of parking. But they need a better system for scheduling.
My daughter had an MRI done today at HMI. This was her first time, so she was a bit nervous. She told me that the tech was very friendly and explained everything beforehand. She was even given headphones and a blanket to provide mor comfort. She said that she has so relaxed and that she fell asleep!
The lady who check me in was very friendly and helpful. After checking in, I went back a couple of times to ask for additional things like a school note, etc. She didn't get upset because I didn't ask her during check in or anything. She remained pleasant and kind.
I initially scheduled the MRI with the hospital, but I decided to shop around to see if I could get the MRI with less out of pocket cost. HMI was 3X’s cheaper than the hospital!
Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely come back for future imaging services.
