The physician I saw was excellent. She asked the right questions, listened to me, and was professional. I entered all the information they required online ahead of my visit which was easier for me. There are two reason reasons I gave it four stars instead of five: 1. The wait was really long; much more than an hour. I had the feeling somebody may have called in sick and she was doing double duty. 2. They did not separate sick, possibly contagious patients from other patients. When I see my primary care physician, the first thing they ask is do you have a cough? Do you have a fever? Are you having Trouble breathing? If they feel you might be contagious, they immediately Isolate you and put you in a room away from others. They didn’t do that at urgent care, and there were several people in there coughing. I always carry an extra mask with me so I put it on.
Nice admitting nurse and very professional A. Bali, FNP, who was attending my needs. She was a great listener and took her time to evaluate my condition. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Her diagnosis was spot on and I received all the help I was hoping for. The facility (on Austin Hwy) is clean and well organized. I am glad I went there and not somewhere else.
I made a same day appointment and it was simple and easy. Was taken care of and I am grateful for the NextCare Urgent Care office. Got seen, got a prescription and went home. Providers were courteous, professional and compassionate. Thank you to everyone that I interacted with yesterday.
Urgent Care the name fits the circumstance. I live 3 miles from location. I was a walk- in and was seen right away. I was thoroughly examined for my situation and discovered one thing that I was doing contributed to what was going on and recommendations were given to allay my fears. Quick, easy, and satisfying. This visit got me back in my stride, and I know what next to do. Don't wait, don't hesitate , don't stew, go and find out.
This is the best urgent care I have ever attended. From the front desk to the provider everyone is extremely kind, wonderful customer service, no long waits and the provider makes sure that my concerns are answered and I am very well taken care of. This is the only urgent care I will go to!
An issue arose in which I needed care without prior notice. I had already tried a few other places for urgent care services, to no avail. Called Allison at the Austin Hwy location, and was seen, treated and prescribed proper medication within an hour! Super satisfied with the clinics cleanliness, staff’s professionalism and hardly any wait time, at all! If ever I need such care, again, I will only go to this clinic. 5 star’s in my book!
The nurse and doctor were very attentive and asked lots of questions to understand my injury. I felt very taken care of. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
I had a hand injury, I wanted to make sure there were no fractures and to stabilize it if it was just a sprain ir strain so i could continye packing for my move.
They did an X-ray to ensure there were no fractures, but did nothing to stabilize the injured area.
I specifically stated I was moving and using my hands a lot and needed the injury to be stabilized so that I didn't keep reinjuring it.
She told me to get a compression glove, but wasn't good to stabilize (i tried one).
So i got a long finger splint to stabllilize the joint at the bottom knuckle of my finger.
She provided inadequate care. I don't think she had enough Medical experience to know how to deal with it properly.
I've had multiple sprains and breaks and I know that you have to stabilize the joint above and below the injury to allow it to heal and the fact that she didn't have that basic knowledge and/or you all didn'thave the supplies to allow her to do it is unacceptable.
Don't go here for possible broken bones or sprains if you want good care. However, hey are excellent for treating viruses.
