This was THE BEST urgent care visit I have ever experienced!! Booking the appointment was easy and convenient, and the entire staff team was kind, caring and courteous. I was especially blessed to have Emma Gibbs as my provider. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient in answering all my questions, and extremely helpful in getting me the answers and help that I needed. 10/10 recommend!

I recently visited the NextCare at Camelback & 40th Street, and it was overall a positive experience. I called and was able to reserve a time for that afternoon, which kept me from having to wait at urgent care. My interaction with the front desk gal was professional and kind. Same for my interaction with the PA who saw me- she asked plenty of questions, gave a thorough exam, and listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed.

The lady at the front desk made the entire trip from Tempe there worth the experience. My daughter was too sick to call her insurance people so the Drs can find her insurance and you g people these days will walk out on you if they don't see a reason to keep talking when they don't feel good so the front desk women helped to locate her insurance by giving me a number to them and it wasnt the only thing. Her insurance didn't take CVS and I went back to her while trying not to move my daughter back and forth through the rain next door and I had to tell them they didn't take her insurance and to go through Walgreens in Tempe. They did that it was a long night I didn't get home til midnight and we were there when it was broad daylight so I really didn't want my daughter to suffer anymore than she had to and I was glad to help assist where I could on her behalf. The front desk was fighting just as hard as I was to make her seen because she knew my daughter didn't feel good. Although we live separate I am still there for her to try to teach her how she should go about her medical situations like that which can be very complexed. So I am greatful to that women at the front desk. I don't know her name but her customer service skills was definitely on 1000. They need to have 10 more like her . She was more than amazing and when pressed for time and through my daughters naseau and coughing because I hate being around sick people to include my own children. I'm too old for that mess but 2 heads were better than one and we got the job done and at the end of the night my daughter told me thank you for today Mom I love you and I knew that was coming from the heart deep. I don't always get to see my daughter but I spent my day with her and she woke up she had her meds and she's on her way to recovery and that's what it was well worth to me. I appreciate it a lot. It made my day and my daughters day and she saw through all of our differences that I am still there to fight for her and I will join forces if I have to to make that happen. So thank you guys for such a heart felt experience with my daughter.

Next care staff was fast and professional. The FNP (Susan Eller) listen to my concerns , made her prognosis and made sure I was ok with it. She sent me home with meds and because she was still concern ask that I return the following day to make sure the meds were working. I’m back for the second time and still a fast visit with the same staff , nice and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about my visit. The clinic runs on time. They are thorough and attentive. I highly recommend if you need an urgent care place to go here. The NP was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I was coughing constantly. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep the night before, so I decided I needed medical care. Making the appointment was very easy and I was seen promptly. The concern for my condition was exemplary, as was the subsequent care. It was far better than any hospital emergency room. Nurse Practitioner, Susan Ellers spent some time with me to discuss my treatment plan and explained her concern that there is a possibility I may have pneumonia based on my symptoms. After having a breathing treatment I left to have an x-ray and pick up the meds she prescribed. All in all it was a exceptional experience, and I feel 100% better today. Keep up the excellent work.

I am beyond thankful for my care provider Susan Eller!! She was attentive, polite, non-judgemental and extremely easy to understand. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially as someone who is usually afraid of doctor’s offices!! Thank you again!

My experience with this Nextcare location was fantastic. I appreciated the process of making an appointment and filling out all necessary paperwork online before heading into the office. Everything was extremely simple. I was most impressed with the staff. The employee at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I was most impressed with Dr Susan Eller. She was friendly and really made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and she gave me some great advice for my treatment. Very helpful. I would highly recommend coming to this office on east camelback in Phoenix
