We had an amazing experience with Raymond while caring for my mother over the past few months. From the very beginning, Raymond Xu was professional, patient, and genuinely compassionate in the way he worked with her. He always showed up on time, brought positive energy, and made my grandmother feel comfortable and motivated during every session. We noticed a huge improvement in her strength, mobility, and confidence throughout the treatment process.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention Raymond gave her as a person, not just as a patient. He took the time to explain exercises clearly, encouraged her every step of the way, and treated our family with kindness and respect. It’s not easy finding someone you can fully trust with a loved one’s care, but Raymond exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated physical therapist.
After surgery for lumbar fusion, I received OT from Kristen LaRocca. Kristen is an engaging young woman who is an excellent therapist. She worked with me on my overall strength in addition to recommending and teaching me to use some simple adaptive equipment to foster my independence and improve my ADL skills. Kristen consistently checked that I was moving safely and appropriately (no bending, twisting, lifting) as I got into/out of bed, the shower chair, etc. Kristen is lovely person and I highly recommend her as an Occupational Therapist.
Leah has been absolutely amazing. She is patient, kind, and truly dedicated to the work she does. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand Ava’s needs and made her feel comfortable and supported. Because of that, Ava has been more engaged, confident, and open during sessions.
What stands out the most is how much Leah genuinely cares. She’s consistent, attentive, and always brings a calm, positive energy that makes a big difference.
I’m so grateful for the impact Leah has had on Ava’s progress. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a therapist who is compassionate, professional, and truly invested in their child’s growth.
New York Wellness and Therapy has sent an occupational therapist to work with my mother and presently, a physical therapist is now working with my mom. Glendell, the physical therapist has been professional and friendly. She is firm yet kind. She has been able to get my mom motivated to exercise on days when she’s been so unmotivated. At the end of each session, my mom tends to feel more energetic and with an improvement in her mood.
We had Hannah who was the occupational therapist and she too was exceptional! She was warm, caring, friendly and very professional! Hannah presented in a very caring manner did a great job with my mom!
Janette is truly remarkable in her work with elderly patients. My mother is a patient of hers and is very happy with Janette as an occupational therapist. My family as well as my mother are very happy and grateful to have such a lovely, caring and supportive professional for my mothers well being.
My Therapist's Carola PT and Janette OT were amazing. I used what they taught me on my off days and my recovery has been outstanding. They were so professional and. They listened and cared for my therapy needs like champions. I love these LA dies and U thank them for helping me make so much progress
Lia is an outstanding coach who has been incredibly supportive and reliable throughout my experience. She consistently checks in on me to make sure everything is going well and always takes the time to offer guidance whenever I have questions or concerns. She has been very helpful in addressing all of my inquiries regarding patient care and has provided clear explanations and encouragement whenever needed. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly make a positive difference. I sincerely appreciate all of her support and guidance. Thank you so much, Lia.

Alyssa is truly a ray of sunshine! As an older patient, I’ve never felt more supported or cared for in physical therapy. She is incredibly sweet, always efficient with our session time, and knows exactly how to motivate in a gentle, encouraging way. She even inspired me to get back on my stationary bike — something I hadn’t touched in years! If you’re looking for a therapist who combines skill, kindness, and genuine positive energy, Alyssa is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.
