My girls have been going to this clinic for years. I decided recently to switch my primary care to here. The staff is awesome. The practitioners are great, they LISTEN to you, and they recap at end of each visit what " the plan" is. Make sure you know what you need to do, what they are going to do, when you all will book up next, and it's just so refreshing to leave a Dr visit not confused or frustrated. Id recommend them to anyone

I just got off the phone with a representative for assistance on benefits, and I was told in the initial call, I was able to get assistance and advise from them. After speaking with Gustavo Hernandez, he was very rude. I understand your job is to go straight forward with details, but please have your employees not give any hopes in the beginning just to recruit and obtain new patients. The way he went on about explaining details and towards the end when I said “Okay never mind thank you though, have a great day” he basically mocked what I said and was sarcastically saying “yeah never mind bye” and ended the call. I’m someone who comes from call centers and works with attorneys, if you can’t have your employees speak to other people in a nice way, don’t even bother putting them on phones. I can’t imagine what other people who are seriously undergoing a financial situation worse than me, get a call from someone who is rude instead of helpful and understanding. I’m seriously never a person to leave a bad review, but the way these people went about handling situations with potential new patients was very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time speaking with them.

Went for my first time yesterday and my PCP Dr Ashley Dahl was the absolute best she is super sweet and very attentive. she asks all the right questions. All the staff that I encountered on my visit were very kind and helpful. I even got a call after setting my first appointment because they wanted to see how I was feeling for the condition I was coming in for. Truly so caring. Had a great experience I’m glad I chose to come here and definitely recommend for anyone seeking great care

I picked this place when I moved across town because the dr had my last name,what I’ve discovered in the last year is a great facility with a dr who is patient and explains things that my other doctors in the past didn’t do so well. I would recommend tho place and this physician to anyone that will listen. Top notch care and great staff you can’t go wrong!

100 X out of 100 I have received a smile, along with a very polite "HOW MAY I HELP YOU TODAY?" and helped at a desk window by another plesent individual who asked me if I had any questions for her, B.T.W., her name was Lori, I don't know if I've spelled it correctly , if not, please forgive me Lori, it's not intentional, in any way. I told her I had no questions for her at this time. I was asked the regular questions, and told what door to expect my P.A. would be calling from. I assume that's for my convenience. Because when your sick, the shortest walk to you P.C.P. is the easiest walk. I've also had video apts., which are great, if you and your P.C.P. are simply trying to figure out the correct dosage for a particular medication. VERY convenient if you work, because the (V.C.)Vidio Call can be held during you lunch time, as they can be quick. As long as the patient is prepared with the info your P.C.P. needs. A 5min. conversation at your previous visit,(when pcp gave you the new meds.) I.E.:Haw do you feel, any side effects, is it working like it is supposed too... those type of questions are the ones you can have ready for you PCP, to help shorten your V.C., along with any questions you may have. Also, be ready for any of your P.C.P.'s questions. In all, they are a well trained staff and a very helpful staff. Most of all, they are human, and they know you are, and they have a great sence of empathy, & they care. Thank You, Mountain Park Health Care "You have my health care in your well trained hands". I’m a forever patient of the South Mountain location, so this was the first time I went to the Van Buren location. It was clean, the checking process was easy, the front desk guy was helpful, and I was called in under 5 minutes. I saw Kaliyah Jaynes, who managed to convince me I was not going to die from my lingering “unspecified” upper respiratory infection in the chest xray report. All in all, a good visit.

Dr Hawkins, Stacy, the mental help services and all the staff in the front desk, meet you with kindness and an overwhelming amount of support and care to meet all your needs. I've never known such attentive and timely care as I've experienced with this team. Im so grateful. Thank you all for the unwavering humanity thats shown in everything you do.

I really feel confident and relaxed knowing I’m going to see my Dr Erika Henderson , she is always very pleasant.,Professional and very patient when she explained my medical condition/ll — thank you again for having such beautiful professional Drs to care for our needs here .
