Jess, Hannah, Adaliz, and the phlebotomist Moses were all amazing. They made my son’s and my visit smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Each of them showed genuine care and concern, which I truly appreciated. The wait time was very short, and the added touch of having coffee available made the experience even more pleasant. Everything was handled with ease from start to finish. I would definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to others.
High quality care, kind staff, clean environment. They also had extremely affordable self pay options. My Cigna PPO insurance told me my ultrasound was going to cost me $3600 elsewhere (in-network) and that location I had the order for said it would be $1600 self pay so I started looking for other options. When Midwest Express Clinic informed me it would be $120 self pay and the amount of gratitude I felt was overwhleming. When I showed up today, the clinic then informed me that my insurance would cover it 100% so I didn’t even have to pay the $120 that I was expecting. They were so proactive and knowledgeable. Also the ultrasound tech’s bedside manner was great. I appreciated my experience here and would highly recommend this clinic.
Best minute clinic I've been to! They were so great at getting us in and out in record time, 15-20 minutes!! The staff was incredibly kind from Shamya at the front desk who listened to us that we had limited time and told the staff, then Monica who took care of us and was super friendly, and the doc, Matt was awesome checking in on us at the end! Thank you all!
I want to express my gratitude. The girls work very quickly and professionally. I also want to mention that they are very reasonable and cheaper than others. I was quoted $250 elsewhere for updating my medical card, but here they charged me $140. I recommend them to everyone.
This is truly the best urgent care out there. Their staff is always incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They made me feel reassured about a heart health scare that I would have typically spiraled about. Always a great experience!
Blood taker had been doing it for years I get nervous about that stuff but he's so talented and experienced. Doctor I WISH I REMEMBERED HER NAME SHE WAS SO KIND was super accommodating to my situation and boundaries about what I needed done when I went. Offered alternatives and talked me through everything she did before and as it was getting done. payment (no insurance) was straightforward and fair. Thank everybody working there 🫶
Normally I have a great experience here but yesterday, I visited this urgent care in excruciating pain. (It was my daughter’s second Easter i was frustrated i even had to go) I was told by a lady that there was nothing wrong with me that she could see and sent me on my way with nothing. Flash forward to midnight i was screaming in pain. I ended up being driven to the ER and I have a horrible outer ear infection. I was given antibiotics and steroid ear drops. My doctor at the er said my whole ear canal was swollen, inflamed, and red. Super disappointed by the way I was treated by the doctor.
Edit:: I ended up being hospitalized for two days. I called the number on the 21st to discuss why I wasn’t taken seriously and my overall treatment at that clinic and I had to leave a voicemail. On a Tuesday at eleven am. I left a message and have yet to get any sort of response.
