I was blow away not only by how quickly I was seen but how every single person was kind and happy to help me. From the woman checking me in, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the PA, everyone was genuinely kind and supportive (and funny). It is absolutely incredible to experience people who like what they do and want to help others. Thank you so much to all the staff yesterday! I will recommend midwest express to everyone I know!

I’m so happy I come to my nearby clinic. Carla helped me out so much with my ears. I had pain in my left ear and she very helpful. She understand me about my ear problems and she fixed it. Definitely recommended public to come here 10 out of 10 extending service. Thank you so much for looking out for my ears they have outstanding hard-working team here hands on Hands to take care of the patients 10 out of 10 to take care of every patient that comes to the door with no attitude, a nice welcoming

Natella, Mel and Natalie treated me so great during my visit. They were very attentive, kindhearted and were super quick! I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes, thank you so much again ladies!! :) I hope you get your free meals (although yall deserve more than that)

The entire staff was professional and polite as I arrived at the care clinic 15 minutes before closing. I was seen and had my situation addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Near North Midwest Express Clinic and commend the staff for their outstanding healthcare practices.

We were out of town and needed an URGENT Care. The one recommended to us had an out of pocket expense which is understandable however the office fee was between $150 to $450 plus $98 for the exam we asked for. We Googled another Urgent Care because they were unable to tell us how much the fee would be before we went ahead with the visit and we could not reconcile not knowing the cost because after all $150 to $450 plus the $98 was inconceivable. That’s when we Google searched and found Midwest Express Clinic. I spoke with Shantiniece who was super sweet and she was able to give me the exact price for the office visit plus the price for the exam we requested which was basically 75% less than what we were quoted from the other urgent care place. Our Uber dropped us off at the incorrect location and I contacted Midwest Express again and spoke with Charysse was super sweet too and I was able to plug in the correct address for Midwest Urgent Care. From arrival we were treated so wonderfully. We felt valued and the place was clean as well as sanitary. We wore our masks and were see so expeditiously. We booked another appointment on the spot to get another exam and we were seen super quickly. Feride was amazing as was Charysse and our Provider Natalie Sanchez was phenomenal! We highly recommend this urgent care. Our scripts were called in super fast, we received the doctor’s notes that we needed and back to work the very next day! Thank you so so much Midwest Express Clinic team! You are all fantastic!

Melanie was wonderful in her medical care! I am nervous with shots but she did my TDaP booster shot with nurturing care. Thanks again for the vaccines and all your help Melanie!

Christine was amazing, as well as all other staff. It was amazing care, as a woman who came in with female-specific issues i was worried of being dismissed since i have been in the past. luckily i received such compassionate care. i was promptly referred to go to the ER as my condition was quite concerning for urgent care, i appreciate it all so much. thank you 😊

Do not go here. They require a credit card on file and will charge it without authorization. Despite having valid insurance on file (BCBS), and having already met both my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, they still bypassed insurance and charged my card directly instead of properly billing the insurer. While the medical care itself is fine, the billing practices are completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them.
