After putting it off for far too long, I finally established care with a primary care provider after living in Chicago for nearly five years, and I'm glad I chose Nathan Jent, PA-C, and the team at Michigan Avenue Primary Care.
From the time I walked in, everyone was friendly and personable, - making the visit feel comfortable and efficient. Since this was my annual checkup and first visit with the practice, Nathan took the time to get to know me, review my health history, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed.
The nurse was wonderful, and Jackie, the phlebotomist, made what can be an uncomfortable part of a doctor's visit feel stress-free, with a few laughs along the way.
Overall, it was a great experience. I left feeling informed, comfortable with the plan moving forward, and would absolutely recommend Nathan Jent, PA-C, and the team at Michigan Avenue Primary Care.
Huge thanks to Nathan, his nurse, and the wonderful front desk staff for such a smooth visit! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and provided a good estimate for my wait time, which made the whole process feel seamless and meant I was seen almost right away. Once in the back, Nathan and his nurse were both so patient and thorough with my care. They never made me feel rushed and really took the time to listen. A genuinely great team from start to finish.
I had a positive experience. Nathan was friendly and Knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my condition and provided a reasonable treatment plan that allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my time in Chicago. Other than his poor taste in sports teams, I would recommend his care to anyone.
I’m glad I went here after reading the reviews for other Streeterville urgent cares. The front desk staff, nurse, PA, and radiologist I encountered were all very friendly, professional and had great bedside manner. I came in right when they opened for a sprained ankle and moved through the process without any upsetting delays or waiting. In and out in about 90 minutes for sprain requiring X-rays. As I left I did notice a very packed waiting room with someone asking the receptionist how much longer the wait would be.
Every single person here was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. I was seen quickly and felt very cared for.

I took 2 star off because I waited hours for the script to be sent to pharmacy. Not everyone has all afternoon to wait for a service they pay top dollar for, even if friendly it still needs to be efficient. No insurance so I paid
I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lengyel and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my situation.
What stood out most was how knowledgeable and thorough she was. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I left with a complete understanding of my options and next steps including some referrals. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a patient. Her office staff was wonderful as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Lengyel to anyone looking for a compassionate, expert physician who goes above and beyond. She's the kind of doctor you want on your side—five stars!
We could not have had a better experience with the doctor and the clinic. We each needed a medical certificate in a hurry for an application for a visa. The clinic is clean, spacious, and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff is courteous and helpful. The doctor is kind and puts you at ease. She is very thorough. Our certificates were accepted without question at our visa interview. We were extremely pleased.
The care from the team here was top notch! everyone was patient and kind, knowledgeable and professional. I felt taken care of after such whirlwind circumstances had me making a sudden appointment. I'm grateful to the team for their help!
