I had my consultation today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Courtney was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire consultation. Her caring attitude and excellent customer service made such a positive impression. I highly recommend this office, and I’m so grateful to Courtney for making my experience such a great one!
My experience with Coral D. & Karen E. has been amazing. Karen got me to the right coordinator, walk me through the process and gave me a nice summary of the overall steps. Coral D. has truly been amazing to work with, she quickly returned my calls, answered all of my questions and stayed in contact with me as I figured out what I wanted to do. She was even able to move up my surgery date and made me feel very comfortable that the staff is well knowledgeable and attentive. I had a very positive experience overall with this clinic. From the beginning, I was treated kindly and professionally, and the pricing they offered was fair and reasonable.
One area that could be improved is communication during the initial quote process. It was a bit difficult to get clear information at first, and I believe having better language support or translation options would make the experience smoother for international clients.
That said, the surgeon is absolutely amazing. I am truly impressed with my results — my abdomen looks beautiful. The incision from my tummy tuck is very well done, my belly button looks natural and perfect, and my healing process has been excellent.
There are a couple of small areas on my flanks where I feel a bit more liposuction could have been done, but it’s nothing major and something I feel comfortable discussing with the doctor if needed.
During my recovery, I did experience a minor infection in my belly button. I also found it a bit challenging to get support over the weekends, as the nurse was only available during weekdays and did not respond on weekends. However, during the week, the post-operative support was very good and helpful.
In the end, everything turned out great, and I am extremely happy with my results — especially the work of the surgeon. With a few improvements in communication and responsiveness, the clinic could provide an even better experience.
I had the pleasure to speak to Neheima today and she answered all my questions about my upcoming procedure which was very insightful. I also had the pleasure to speak with Thalia and The most Professional surgeon Dr. Horowitz on day of procedure who made me feel completely comfortable and aware of what to expect during and after my procedure. Thank you so much Mia Aesthetics would definitely recommend.
My surgical coordinator Melissa was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me every step of the way and made what was a very stressful experience feel so much easier. She stayed late just to talk with me, answered all of my questions with patience, reassured me when I was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed and never once made me feel like I was a burden. Her kindness, compassion and genuine care meant more to me than she probably realizes. She helped me plan my surgery date, walked me through everything and always made me feel supported. People like Melissa are rare and Mia Aesthetics is truly blessed to have her. Thank you Melissa, for your kindness, your patience and for treating me with such compassion. You were exactly the person I needed during this process and I will never forget it ❤️

I had my lipo procedure done with Dr. Penukonda and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m currently 3 weeks post-op, and the difference is already amazing. My body looks more contoured, and I feel so much more confident in myself.
