Dr. Ross Pearlman was phenomenal with my treatment. Everything for the surgical procedure was beyond painless, his kindness and mannerism as treating me like a human being and not just a patient speaks volumes of his care for his profession and his work. The quality of my cyst removal was by far better then the few I had previously at other locations over the past decade. Everything is healing flawlessly and his personal touch with the follow ups was amazing. His assistant Tiffany was remarkable with her care for me, her call and checkup and reassurance throughout everything also shows that the office and Dr. Pearlman's staff have such respect for each other and their patients. Thank you so much Dr. Pearlman and Tiffany for your care for me and I wish you and the practice continued success! Would give 10 stars if I could.
I cannot recommend Dr. Kuritza highly enough. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen, bar none. She is warm, kind, and caring in a way that immediately put me at ease. She was also on time - which is such a rarity for doctors!
Her skin check was very thorough - she looked at all the spots my wife was worried about. She took her time with me, and was very helpful. She also is certified in integrative dermatology, and had interesting integrative recs for me. If you're looking for a dermatologist who combines real expertise with true compassion, look no further!
I absolutely recommend Monica Strauss. She was very thorough in my appointment and took the time to answer my many questions in detail. I never felt rushed in either of my appointments with her. I have already recommended her to my family and friends!
I went to MDA for a hydrafacial with Sarah, and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and pampered from the moment it began. My skin has felt cleaner and more hydrated ever since. While I was there Sarah helped me to refine my skincare routine at home so that my skin can continue to glow!! This was overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I had a terrific experience at MDA; from the diagnosis by Dr. K through the Mohs surgery performed by Dr. Perlman. The doctors were professional, efficient, personable and down to earth. Dr. Perlman talked me through the procedure as he was performing it and called me in the evening to see how I was doing. If I could I rate them ten stars
My favorite dermatologist clinic EVER. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and have seen at least 5 different doctors. Usually with a multitude of doctors, the care can be inconsistent, BUT it is not that way here. Every doctor is extremely educated, very personable, and truly happy to be there caring for you. I have never felt rushed and they always welcome questions before leaving the room. Shoutout to their nurses and receptionists as well — who are just as kind.
I always have a terrific experience with this practice. Dr. Peters is very thorough and does a great job explaining all the various skin aberrations and what to look for to identify a possible cancer. The staff is great, too. I screwed up the time for my appointment this year and they were gratefully non-judgmental and very helpful in rescheduling.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kuritza to address acne problems, to do a skin cancer screening, and also to get a quote on laser treatments. They warned me that there may not be enough time to go over all of my concerns which I understood. I showed up to my appointment early but felt very rushed the entire time Dr. Kuritza was talking to me. I did not feel like the skin exam was thorough enough. She didn’t even check my stomach. This is concerning considering I have a family history of melanoma. Additionally, when I discussed my concerns about getting on a new prescription for my acne problems, she was very dismissive. She stated that “I wouldn’t be happy trying holistic methods because it would take a long time” and pretty much left me no other option than to take the Spironolactone. She did not ask me any questions about my skin care regime, which later I found out from another professional that a lot of my products were contributing to my skin issues. The appointment was disappointing and I left feeling more lost on how I should be addressing my acne. Dr. Kuritza spent less then 15 minutes talking with me and the appointment took no longer than 30 minutes. My appointment slot was scheduled for an hour. There was no reason for them to rush through the appointment.
A few weeks after my appointment, I was experiencing sore, painful, bumps on the joints of my fingers. During my appointment, the staff were adamant that if I had any questions or concerns, that I could send them a message using Klara. I sent the pictures of my fingers and questions and did not hear back for over 10 days. I called the office and they told me that they would “nudge” the medical assistant to answer my message. Another week went by with no response from anyone. I sent multiple follow up messages, but had enough and stated that if no one would be responding that I would need to find a new doctor. No response. I asked them to cancel my appointment. No response. I finally called today to cancel my appointment. What is the point of having a client messaging system if it is not used whatsoever? Leading up to my appointment, I was responding to multiple messages from the office. But when I had a medical concern, suddenly they went silent. I am confused why this office has so many good reviews because my experience overall has been awful. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not to someone that is hoping to get thorough advice on how to address their acne problems.
