The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and we were seen much sooner than expected. The nurses were gentle and reassuring, taking the time to make my child feel comfortable instead of scared. The provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without rushing us, which I really appreciated.

The staff was very nice, understanding, and efficient throughout the visit, and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. However, the main reason for bringing my son in was not properly addressed. My son was experiencing severe asthma and breathing issues, along with a high fever, yet he was not prescribed any medication during the visit. Shortly after leaving the office, his condition became much worse, and I had to take him directly to the emergency room, where he was treated with antibiotics and steroids due to the severity of his breathing and fever. I feel disappointed because the visit ended up feeling like a waste of time and money since we still had to seek emergency care immediately afterward. I do not understand why medication or additional treatment could not have been provided during our visit at Little Spurs, especially given how serious his symptoms were. While the staff and wait time were excellent, I do not feel that my son received the level of medical care and treatment he needed during this visit.

The assistant and the doctor were so kind when helping my daughter. It was the perfect type of care anyone could hope to receive when having to take a sick child into the clinic. Their patience and kindness is very much appreciated and will be remembered Even the front desk staff member was sweet and helpful.

There were no people when we got there. The sign in process was easy. Only one lady running the front office and she was a sweetheart! I had to add my 2nd child in for an appointment and she was able to do it quickly. The pediatrician on call was a sweet man. They did swab testing, sure enough, flu. I appreciate that the doctor understood our school situation. And able to clearly write down when the girls could return to school. Giving ample time for both to rest.

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was well organized, efficient, and ran smoothly. The environment felt clean, calm, and inviting, which made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. The quality of care was top-tier, and you can truly tell they care about the people they serve. Communication was clear, wait time was minimal, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend! 💛

The team at Little Spurs Wonderland is amazing. No parent looks forward to a weekend urgent care visit, but the online appointment process and personable staff made the experience much easier. Sophia at the front desk was welcoming, and Paige, the medical assistant, was friendly and helpful with my son, who has special needs. Briana Arnold, the nurse practitioner, was outstanding. She was patient, kind, and included the kids in the exam process. I would recommend this urgent care to friends and family.

I wanted to let everyone know about the little spurs pediatric urgent care the staff at the front was very nice and helpful and the nurse Ma Rafaela was so sweet and helpful in fact all the nurses were really nice and Dr Saunders she was very helpful and patient, really listened to what was going on with my child I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my child when she needed help. The office was very clean and very decorative to keep little ones entertained while waiting which wasn’t very long of a wait. Highly recommend thank you very much for the great experience

Zero stars We brought our daughter to the Wonderland location after two weeks of persistent coughing — it’s only five minutes from our house, so it was the convenient choice. The doctor spent very little time examining her and quickly concluded it was “just a virus” that would pass on its own. My husband — a respiratory therapist with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in pediatric and neonatal care — expressed concern that it sounded like a respiratory infection and asked them to listen to her lungs again. They declined. One week later, we took her to the Little Spurs Selma location, 25–30 minutes away. Night and day difference. The doctor there performed a thorough examination, spent significant time listening to her lungs, and actually valued my husband’s clinical input. The diagnosis? Walking pneumonia — something that likely could have been caught and treated with antibiotics the week before had this location taken the time to properly examine her. When a parent brings legitimate clinical concern to the table — especially one backed by decades of relevant professional experience — dismissing it without a second look is not acceptable. Our daughter suffered an extra week and her condition worsened because this location chose speed over thoroughness. We will be making the longer drive to the Selma location from now on. Convenience means nothing if your child isn’t actually being cared for.
