Fabulous experience. So kid friendly and fast. Dr. Harris is knowledgeable and kind- my daughter had a rash and she knew what it was right away. She was professional and never rushed us out- she sat down and carried on an actual conversation listening to all of our concerns. The nurse and receptionist were so pleasant and both made sure to tell us bye on the way out. It’s the little things y’all. Thank you Little Spurs!

I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic when I brought my daughter in for her sports physical. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick, and the provider was thorough while making my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit. We were seen promptly, and the entire process was efficient and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service we received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a sports physical or urgent care services."

Love, love, love this place. Very convenient open 7 days a week. The online booking makes it fast and simple. All the staff are very kind and caring from the front office, medical assistances and provider. They are always very patient and provide the best care for my baby. Always recommend Little Spurs to all my littles’ family’s at school. Thank you Yvette, Libby, Astrid and NP Hernandez you all are awesome! 💖🙏🏽

Everyone was kind . The receptionist( Yvette) was helpful and had a great disposition. It was clean and sanitized. The NP Flores treated us, she was amazing. She is very straight forward . My grandson is Autistic and ,I felt she was being very direct as he was with her . He knew all of his illnesses and what made him sick. I am highly functional he told her ....Chicago is always amazing. I don't know what her name is just my daughter and I call her Chicago as a nick name Oh wait, I found the card . It's either Astrid, or Blanca they were both great. Thank you it's always a good experience.

This is the second time I had to bring my child here. I just like how my child is treated here compared to regular Urgent Care centers where we feel like we are inconveniencing the staff but not at this location. The provider (NP) was very friendly and kept me and my child at ease. Bed manners of the NP and the medical assistant were great. Front desk staff were also attentive during check in. I like the convenience of the tablets to check in. I like that they offer common OTC medications at this center as it saves me a trip to the pharmacy. There is an Urgent Care closer to where I live but I don’t mind driving the extra mile for my child to be seen at this Urgent Care.

I brought my child here after about a week of intermittent fever, headaches, and a sore throat. After spending approximately $380, the only test performed was a strep test, which came back negative. We were advised to continue the same home remedies we had already been using before seeking medical care. I requested additional testing, including basic laboratory work, but was told there was not enough information to justify further testing or treatment at that time. When I expressed concern about the ongoing fever, I was advised to return in three days if the fever persisted, at which point labs might be considered. As a parent, this was frustrating. After paying for a medical evaluation, I expected a more thorough assessment or at least a clearer plan for investigating symptoms that had already been present for a week. Based on my experience, I did not feel that the visit provided value for my money or meaningful guidance beyond what we were already doing at home. In the future, I would rather, take a free recommendations from a clerk at CVS or Walgreens before seeking for medical help here.

Always love coming to this urgent care when we’re unable to be seen by our main pediatrician. Scheduling an appointment time is easy. The front desk lady Yvette was friendly and greeted us right away. The medical assistants Astrid and Bianca were so great with my son! And the NP Ms. Harris made me feel heard about my concerns and not that I was a bother since I’m someone who loves to over explain situations even when trying to sum it all up.

We had a great experience at this pediatric urgent care! The staff was kind, patient, and really took the time to make my child feel comfortable. The provider explained everything clearly and didn’t rush us. We were in and out quickly, but still felt very cared for. So grateful for their help!
