i’m only giving 4 stars because the NP we saw today was not great. it felt like she didn’t really want to hear what i had to say and despite there being no one else in the clinic was trying to rush us out of there. i don’t feel like i got the help i needed. despite this, the office does run smoothly and every single other time we’ve been there in my sons 5.5 years, it has been a great experience.

My daughter injured her hand at school as I drove from work to go pick her up I was able to schedule her within the hour with the automated service, which normally I can’t stand, but it was actually pretty easy. The staff and the Doctor were amazing. Doctor was very kind dealt with my daughter very well made her feel very comfortable and at ease.

Parents will find peace here if their little ones are sick. I'm very thankful to all the staff. My 3yr old son had fracture on his hand. Starting from Receptionist, medical assistants and doctors everyone are very helpful. M.A observed very patently and applied splint on his hand. Explained further steps. Thank you.

Went in @5pm because my daughter fell off her scooter and had arm pain. Registration online made checking in easier. They were able to get Xrays and put a temporary splint quickly. They also gave us some recommendations for an ortho. Very good experience overall and the Dr., Nurse practitioner and nurse were all so friendly, informative and supportive. We'll definitely be returning for our urgent care needs. Thank you!

All of the staff here were so helpful! Our medical assistant was so good with our infant and the NP Briana was fast and kind and I felt like she listened attentively. Front desk staff was informative. I recommend going as soon as they open, they are busy!

Took my 7yr old son in today for fever/ abdominal pain/ sore throat/ nausea/ chronic headache pains and L eye irritation; After the doctor exam I stated I was worried about strep throat. I let the provider know if an antibiotic was going to be prescribed, my son never responds to Amoxicillin which the provider stated that is the antibiotic used to treat Strep and it’s basically part of the ‘regime’. After the test came back positive, again I expressed my concern of giving my son an antibiotic that does NOT work for him since he was a baby & again I was basically ignored. I asked the provider how many days after giving the antibiotic and not seeing improvement should I be concerned it’s not working and get a different one. She stated it’s a 10-day course antibiotic (no shit- that’s not what I had asked) and stated my son had to miss school the next day but could return after. This visit was basically pointless as I knew 90% he had strep and needed antibiotics but had to get him seen for them. Now I’m stuck booking a visit with his normal provider to get something else that will actually help my son and he will have to miss another day of school as I am not picking that antibiotic up from pharmacy & starting it (because it doesn’t work for him). You cannot tell me every medication works the same for every patient and if I express my concern of Amoxicillin not working for my son ever!- why am I being ignored as his mother & sent with that antibiotic and not the ‘next best’ option basically dragging out my sons symptoms/discomfort. I am very upset because I wasted my time & now my son has to wait longer until he can be seen tomorrow at his normal provider office. Additionally, front staff and nurse Sky were pleasant. We saw Dr. Janette Aguayo and as I will still give this facility my business- I won’t be seeing this doctor.

Receptionists were very polite and helpful. Even though the Friday afternoon rush had started. The PA was very patient and explained everything to us and the person who takes the weight and info at the beginning was also very very helpful and polite. Overall they did a great job in getting us taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you so much! It's hard when you have to wait hours to have your sick child seen. Not here! We did have an appointment and we waited maybe 15 minutes which is not bad at all considering that it was Friday afternoon and this was the place to be (it was packed). Thanks again for providing such a great service! Just an fyi it takes 30 min+ for the Rx to make it to your pharmacy......1 hour later I had my son's prescription....so choose wisely.

The medical staff was nice and helpful but the billing department sucks. Took my son in for the flu today. I was told by the front desk that they made a mistake 15 months ago in 2024, the last time we were there. They (Little Spurs) billed the wrong insurance, not the information I gave them, so it was never paid. Now I have a 15 month past due balance. They admitted they made an error and billed the wrong company and a then gave me the bill and told me I was late. They never made an attempt to contact me during the 15 months after the visit. Now I have to contact their billing department to fix this. That’s bad business to screw up and then blame the patient. We will never use them again. Update: I was contacted by the billing department and they went above and beyond to make this right. I appreciate that.
