The medical staff and doctors here are highly professional, caring, and knowledgeable. However, the wait time is incredibly frustrating. Even with a scheduled appointment, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my time. It is a decent facility, but they need better scheduling

Excellent customer service from Edward Cattimore. He was attentive, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s a pleasure to find this level of kindness and care. Highly recommended!

Service was excellent. I walked in wrote down my name and in less than 10 minutes I was called for registration and in 15 to 20minutes I was called in. I was out within an hour and a half. 7:45-9am. Customer service was great.

This place is so slow. Like these people don’t even care if you have appointment for a certain time. This is not my first time here and each time its always so late. My appointment was at 3:30 today. I arrived at 3:10 and was made to check in. Then whats the point of having a damn appointment. Such blatant stupidity at its peak. It’s 4:36 right now and I’m still waiting to be called. This location is just the worst for services.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been nicer. My appointment was for 9:35am and we were seen at 10:40 am. I understand places get busy but hard to give 5 stars when you waited an hour. Still a great place and would use again

Today I had the worst experience. I bring my mother here every year for mamogram, and this has never happened before. Recently, their service has become very disappointing. They gave our appointment slot to someone else, even though we had a confirmed appointment. We waited for 45 minutes, and I had confirmed the appointment for three days. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:25 PM, but after making us wait, they told us we would be seen at 1:30 PM. Even then, they didn’t let us proceed and said there was still a waiting list and that we would have to reschedule because they couldn’t see us today. What does this even mean? Why are they making us go through so much inconvenience? They don’t seem to care about their patients’ time or the trouble they cause.

I feel that the check-in and the information and document processing windows are to close to the general seated waiting area. There are some very personal questions that are asked and answered that can be heard quite easily another level of privacy needs to be implemented. And to avoid the confusion with names being called there should be a monitor on the wall with the name who is next and the window they should go to. Despite these areas that could use help, the staff working there definitely are friendly and good at what they do. They work very hard to try to get the crowds cared for, unfortunately when you are understaffed there isn't much that can be done. Patience will be required.

This place is the worst to visit...my appt is 11.20am i go 10.12am which I was way early so I waited when near to 11 i went up and ask the guy who take the sheet which u put ur name on he was like oh just now your name will call so I waited, 11.12am I go back i asked him why I haven't call yet he was like oh your appt is 11.20 u have to come on your appt time so I tell him they msg say come alittle early so I decided to cancel it and leave. But I don't understand how these ppl don't value ur time or ur visit is like what ever why go to a place this. You try to support the business and get treated like this. I know i was there early but I waited till 11 because I know I was way too early so I know 11.20 appt they will call u to register like 11.10 and then waited to go in but I guess it wasn't like that. This is not a paid review because these businesses pay people to put good review this is my experience today. 6/3/ 2026
