I want to say thank you for the whole stuff on 400 east 66th street. Everyone was super polite and patient to me. They keep the atmosphere so friendly and caring. Despite I spent there too much time because they asked for more and more pictures of ultrasound and monogram but they did their job so responsibly and thoroughly. Thank you for your caring.

I recently visited Lenox Hill Radiology for an MRI of my hip and knee, and I had an exceptionally positive experience. Right from the start, the front desk staff was fantastic. They made my initial visit and the registration process incredibly easy and pleasant. The facility itself was very clean, neat, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. When it came time for the imaging, my technician was outstanding. They were highly professional, comforting, and had a wonderful bedside manner. They took the time to explain the entire MRI procedure in great detail, making sure I knew exactly what to expect. Staff was fantastic! Made me feel very much at ease before my biopsy procedure along with preparing me for what was ahead. Procedure done very professionally from the person helping me with the required paperwork to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor. I wish I could thank them all again by name but don’t know if that’s appropriate on a review. But I cannot thank them enough for making a very stressful procedure very much bearable. A couple of them even had me laughing before the procedure. Left there feeling ok thanks to them all.

This place is the definition of incompetence from start to finish. First, the lack of professionalism at the front desk was immediately apparent. The employee registering me was clearly new and constantly had to ask colleagues for help. Unfortunately, those colleagues either dismissed his questions or gave vague, unhelpful answers. It quickly became obvious that nobody seemed to know what they were doing. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of effort to find answers. Rather than calling someone who could help or taking the time to get accurate information, staff repeatedly responded with, "I don't know." As a patient dealing with a health issue, I had legitimate questions and concerns that needed to be addressed, yet I was constantly passed from one person to another with no resolution. The communication, organization, and overall level of care were unacceptable. Everyone seemed content to pass the responsibility elsewhere instead of helping. It was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting competent or compassionate service. The tech was very nice, she came out and spoke to me, explained the procedure, responded to my inquiries.

Everything went very smoothly. Receptionist Was terrific. Was brought back for injection maybe 15 minutes later-- essentially painless. Waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The gentleman who did the scan was friendly and supportive. Entire place clean, bright, and well-rounded.

This place was great… the reception ladies were lovely. They wished me an early birthday (it’s in 3 days) and sang Happy Birthday to another person whose birthday was today. Warm and friendly staff. Quick and efficient. I highly recommend.💕

Friendly and professional staff. I came in early for my appointment and was warmly welcomed and directed to check in desk once, that was completed I waited about 5 minutes before being called to simply provide copy of my I.D. A step I missed in online registration, within another 5 minutes was called and my visit began. The tech was nice and detailed what the process is like. The whole experience is great and was out in under 1 hour. Thanks LHR!!!!

Excellent service! I came here for an MRI and everything went perfectly. The staff members who looked after me were incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for the great care!
