I have never experienced a more caring, professional group of people before.
From the minute I walked in there, through my banking an appointment, to be called in the catscan area and even leaving the facility. The people from the front desk, the manager on duty, the 2 technician in the cat scan area were so caring and more.
I would recommend this facility to everyone.
I will continue to use them as my go to place for xrays, scans and more.

The location is convenient by bus and train.
I had appointment at 9:30 .and I arrived there at 9:01 .check in was so quick like 5 minute .I was waiting so long .The technician called my name at 9:43 she didn't apologized for the delay .she was so rude .after she finished the exam( ultrasound for my breast) she told me do not change your clothes and waiting again 10 minutes.
She comeback and saying you can wear your clothing and your doctor inform you about the result.
Imagine if me I was late all that time .even if I apologize. They will cancel my appointment maybe they charge me 50$.
I hadn't good experience.hopefolly in next time they will fix this issue.
I had a great experience at Lenox Hill Radiology | Kew Gardens. Ms.Sabrina at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. I was running late because of train delays, but she still assisted me with patience and professionalism. She made the whole process feel smooth and less stressful. Really appreciate her kindness and support. thank you! Definitely recommend this location! :)))
I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. The staff was sympathetic and patient. Everyone was helpful and genuinely seemed to want to be there doing what they could to make the visit as enjoyable or at least comfortable as possible. They listened to me and addressed my concerns putting me at ease. Thank you. I will recommend you to friends and family.
Have 1 point of contact per patient. I was dropped off into a changing room and then walking the hall in my gown trying to find that person. Offer booties to cover feet.
I love this location it is very close to my home. I love that they have weekend appointments. The Technician was very kind and knowledgeable she made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very professional and nice. The particular young lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and was very patient.
Front desk staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than checking me in. Scan tech didn't tell me anything about the procedure before he started and when I asked, after it started, how long it would take, his response was "I'll tell you when it's done", giving no indication (until I asked again) how long the process would take. Fairly efficient office, but needs lessons in customer service.
Staff are friendly, professional and well mannered. It’s very rare you come across medical staff whom actually perform with caring kindness and well knowledge. I really appreciate the service. And will be scheduling appts again at this location. Thank youuu for all your services from Front office to Radiologist tech. You guys are amazing.
