Appt 820...BE THERE BY 805, encourages the online check in once completed. Arrive 745. Stood outside few minutes, not thinking they're open. I saw ppl enter, so did I. Appt for 820am...there at 745...I sat in the same seat, until 920am..How you doing...well..awaiting an appt over an hour, and no one has even offered an apology, but I am cool otherwise. Tech: "Oh that's okay!". Hello..I WASN'T apologizing for anything. I noticed also, they not in business of using lead shields. I went twice. Sheild=0. Bond St...each time...Shield....Dentist xray...SHIELD. Brooklyn Ave: "eh...its not in those areas"..."its lower down", etc. There were more people than seats, and it is obvious there is some form of office separation. I heard one person say good morning n no one answered them. The equipment is modern and location is clean...also convenient.This is my assessment.
Today I had a doctor's appointment at Lenox Hill Radiology/Brooklyn Avenue. I have never been there before. I got there about 8:15am, which was earlier than the time they requested. The waiting room was "packed" to say the least! My wait time was a lot longer than I ever imagined, too! It's obvious that there needs to be more workers there to accommodate the people who visit there. I believe it would help a great deal. Despite that, the workers were respectful and courteous. Thank you.
Get there early because the wait in the waiting room is a bit long. The staff in the front need to be more friendly. They were NOT rude. But no greetings and robotic. The technician was GREAT she was smiling, said hi how are you. And was very polite through the whole test and after.

I have to say, the staff at this location is definitely the best I have experienced.
I have been to several different locations based on convenience and this one takes the cake.
The intake staff are incredibly efficient and professional.
The young woman that helped me was knowledgeable in helping me make the best decision for my peace of mind and health. The technicians are caring and kind and give you clear step by step instructions to move your appointment as quickly and safely as possible.

My physician noted that it was urgent that I had a scan done and I was so nervous upon entering the facility, that I could barely write my name. The process was simple and the technician was efficient; however, it was the guard at the door who stood out to me most. I am so appreciative and grateful for her simple acts of compassion and kindness that day,, a moment of my life when I felt very vulnerable. I want to say thank you for bringing a touch of humanity to a job where people tend to forget that they are dealing with human beings. You are much appreciated!
I am very satisfied with the facility. I reached there an hour plus early. Waiting was relaxing. I got called exactly my appointment time and I was out about 20 minutes later. My Mammogram tech was very polite and gentle. Bathroom and all over facility was very clean.. I will recommend anyone to go there if necessary.
Quick check in at the 7:40 check-in and 8am appt. My sonogram tech was so amazing. She was Professional and down to earth. The service felt so quick although it was about 30mins. She was gentle and kind, which made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She even made me laugh a few times. I’m so glad she was the person to provide the service to me. Perfect start to day when you’re under stress. Thank you to the lovely Jamaican Sonographer And the young lady in front that checked me in.
I think I've had 3 procedures at this location, and they're always professional and respectful - including respectful of my time! I don't think I've ever had an overly long wait time here. The technicians who've done my tests have been skilled and kind. The place itself is clean, ordered, and well-run. I appreciate y'all!
