The front desk staff were not welcoming and never smiled. Unfortunately, the lab attendant was not friendly either. Customer service matters, especially in healthcare.
The only reason I’m considering returning is because Dr. Perez and Nurse Jessica were excellent, professional, caring, and attentive. They truly stand out and represent what patient care should be.
As someone looking for a primary care doctor, I want to give my business to a clinic where all staff value their work and treat patients with kindness and respect.
Dr. Chandler McGee at KSC was our doctor for my wife’s second pregnancy. She treated my wife with great care throughout her pregnancy and delivered our baby with minimal stress for my wife. Its a blessing that we found her. Every visit was very welcoming, informative and she is a pleasant human being who took utmost care in answering all our concerns and with patience. We highly recommend her for anyone. Her team has been very helpful and treated us with great respect and care.
I really love this campus and it’s the only one I’ll go to. The medical team here is phenomenal. I love that they keep all of your medical records centralized… The app is phenomenal and the ladies the front desk are super nice.
Also… let me tell you about the lab team… They are not only extremely good at their job but also exceedingly kind and patient with me as I’m a hard stick. Love them.
I had a very disappointing experience with Jane Abena Mensah-Onumah during my anatomy ultrasound, and I feel it’s important to share it.
First, I received a phone call from her because I was running about 5 minutes late. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone, which immediately caused me stress and panic. In a medical setting, especially during pregnancy, patients should be treated with understanding. If being late was an issue, the appointment could have simply been rescheduled—there was no need for that kind of communication.
When I arrived at Kelsey Northwest Campus, there was a long line at check-in, and I had to wait about 20 minutes due to how busy it was. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and even explained to her that the delay was not my fault. Despite that, when she came to take me in, her attitude remained unprofessional.
My husband was with me for support, which is very important to me during pregnancy, as I feel safer and more comfortable when he is present. I also had my 3-year-old child with me because I had no alternative childcare. She told me in a very rude manner that if my child couldn’t sit still, he wouldn’t be allowed in, without any empathy or attempt to accommodate the situation.
During the ultrasound itself, she did not explain anything at all. There was no communication, no guidance, and no effort to make me feel comfortable. Based on my previous pregnancy experience, I expected a much more informative and reassuring process. Instead, the entire appointment felt cold, rushed, and unprofessional. I left feeling anxious and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, several important views were not captured properly, and my doctor had to reorder another ultrasound because some organs were not clearly shown. This added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Overall, this was a very negative experience. I felt disrespected, unheard, and poorly cared for. I would not recommend this provider or this location based on my experience.
I have always had very good experiences throughout the years, with all of the Kelsey Seybold personnel, especially with Dr. Sandra Irving, nurses Lilly and Ashley, and Dr. Mohammed and her nurse. They are always very nice, polite and professional and take really good care of myself. All three Kelsey Seybold clinics that I have visited, are beautiful and so neat and the personnel is wonderful. I could not ask for more. Thank you, so much, for taking such good care of my health! ❤️
From the moment I walked in, this was the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I came looking for a new PCP based on recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Muniz is amazing—she truly listened and made me feel heard, not rushed. It felt like she genuinely wanted to help me, and that means everything. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Meherin Huque. During the appointment she came off as extremely rude and dismissive. She did not look at me at all while speaking, she kept saying I don't understand anything when I did, I was asking questions and communicating but she did not give any positive responses back. She assumed I could not understand her so she did not speak to me in a respectful manner.
I am a diabetic and aware it does not go away, she started mentioned in an unprofessional manner that you will have this till death. This caught me off guard as she said that verbatim. There was a better way she could have communicated this. I felt discriminated against, and do not believe this is how Dr's act.
My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Anne Jarvis. The doctor ran some bloodwork. The results showed that there were several things that were abnormal but the doctor only addressed the result that she was not anemic. My daughter was more concerned about all the abnormal findings in her bloodwork and asked the doctor to address those issues and provide an explanation but the doctor would not address the "abnormal" findings. My family is so tired of these doctors. Why can't they explain things? Even when you ask for an explanation, they still won't answer you. My family hates Kelsey Seybold. Where are they getting these doctors from??? They have a few doctors that are thorough and actually care like Dr. Stephen Thomas, but the others are just lazy, don't care and provide minimal care. I so sick of Kelsey Seybold!!! Their commercials are just lies. All they care about us taking your money. God forbid that someone really have a serious health issue that a doctor overlooks or refuses to look into further. I would never recommend kelsey-seybold to anyone!!!!
