I came into the Emergency Department today not feeling well and feeling a little overwhelmed. All of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and very helpful, but I especially want to recognize Amy. No matter how many times I asked questions or needed help, she always had the biggest smile on her face and was ready to assist. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude truly made a difference in my visit. Thank you, Amy, for going above and beyond and making a difficult day a little easier. for going above and beyond. To the Emergency Department, thank you for having such a wonderful staff. Even when things are busy and stressful, everyone remained caring, compassionate, and attentive. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the care I received
I had a wonderful experience the people in the ICU the nurses the doctors they’re all very very good. I love the way they treated me. This is the first time that I go to ICU and I had a great experience. They took very good care of me the nurses are wonderful. I would recommend this Hospital anytime. I only had one bad experience that was a while back in a regular room, but ever since I came and I stayed this time it was wonderful. I didn’t mind being there because they took very good care of me. The nurses were very friendly and very helpful. I just wanna thank them from the bottom of my heart for my experience even though I was going through a trauma with what I was just going through. I am glad that the experience at the hospital was wonderful thank you again Jefferson Hospital for your nurses and for your doctors, I appreciate it.
I was brought to the ER by ambulance around 12:00 a.m. due to shortness of breath and numbness throughout my body. It is now 7:44 a.m., and I still have not been seen by a provider.
The lack of urgency and regard for patients who are clearly ill is unreal. The ER itself is filthy and smells strongly of urine. There are people laying on the floors, many of whom appear to be homeless, creating an unsafe and unsanitary environment for patients seeking emergency care.
This experience was unacceptable, alarming, and deeply disappointing. I will never return to this hospital and would strongly caution others to seek care elsewhere if they have the option.

Let’s start at the front desk…security needs customer service training and a personality, cleaners need to clean and not talk like they are out at ladies night drinking, overall, the place seem dirty and needs more care, no hangers in closet, no toilet paper in bathroom or tissues in room. The ER looks like a third world country (god bless the nurses and Doctors).
I’m stoping here. Who ever runs this hospital needs to do better.
Jefferson Torresdale staff…..Husband came in through emergency then to the 3rd floor. Cannot compliment the care and professionalism in both these areas enough! They took a very unpleasant overwhelming situation and made it an experience of high quality caring!
Cannot remember everyone’s name but the staff on third floor from 6/28 to 7/2 was outstanding, my sincerest appreciation! Jasmine you are a sincere asset to this hospital and Dr Majeeb was caring, focusd , results oriented and consistently informative. Our thanks.
I always thought of Thomas Jefferson Hospital and Physicians as top notch. Not anymore. Now I truly believe the main goal is power and status in the region. It never ends well ,I’ve seen it before.
Since Jefferson Torresdale is the only hospital in my area it is the only option in an emergency. My Doctors are no longer associated with the hospital or have retired because of them at 70 I am starting over. I now have to navigate a new and probable diagnosis of Colon cancer on my own!
Went in for ultrasounds on two consecutive days and can say that the scheduling was easy as well as the check in each morning. Kiosk got a little glitchy the second morning so I had to go to one of the check in desks to finish. The staff is very friendly and helpful there and the ultrasound technicians are super nice. Very well organized and didn't have to wait. The facility is also very well kept and plenty of parking. My test results show up right away on Jefferson My Chart portal which is great for my records. Switching my future ultrasounds and labs to this location from that other one on the other side of the Boulevard. You know the one.
The woman doing my radiology testing was very nice and informative. The only problem is when she told me to use the bathroom that was in the same room there was no notice before I entered that it was a shared with the room on the other side of mine. There was another door and someone proceeded to walk in on me until I yelled it was in use.
