Dr. Wu, Lesly and Melinda were all very nice and friendly. Throughout our visit they made us feel very comfortable. My husband had to get two teeth extracted and was a little nervous. But Dr. Wu and his team were able to ensure him that everything would be okay and it was. We truly recommend them.

I got my cleaning done here. The hygienist Jacky was amazing! She’s very gentle and i felt she did a really good job. Also the assistants are all welcoming and Britany took really good care of me. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dental cleanings are always thorough, gentle, and very professional. Jacky, the hygienist, does an outstanding job making patients feel comfortable while providing exceptional care and attention to detail. Her professionalism and gentle approach make every visit a positive experience. I would also like to recognize Britany, the dental assistant, for being friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout the appointment. She is knowledgeable, caring, and contributes greatly to the overall patient experience. A special thank you to Leslie, the office manager, who is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. She keeps everything running smoothly and always goes above and beyond to ensure patients have a positive experience. Her excellent customer service and dedication truly make a difference. The entire team is welcoming, efficient, and committed to providing high-quality dental care. Got my cleaning done with the hygienist Jacky she was 10/10. the assistant Caro was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The manager Lesly was also knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely go again.

I don’t know how much I’m allowed to say on here without getting flagged, but this is the worst dentist you could go to. Most importantly, I got braces with them and they did not do what was best for my teeth. They should have taken teeth out at the beginning but they used some experimental appliance that didn’t work and was removed a few months later. At the end of treatment I had a huge overbite and the dentist acknowledged they did not do what they should have done which was take out teeth. Straight up negligence. Their only solution was to get braces for another 4 years and pay again. Ridiculous. They also shaved my two front teeth down without my consent and now I can’t properly close my mouth. I was transferred from another Jefferson Dental to this location that is far from my house, and they played with my time EVERY SINGLE TIME. Their system must be faulty because they somehow always forgot I had an appointment even with confirmed phone calls and text messages. All they do is overbook appointments and keep you in the waiting room hours after they were supposed to see you. The ladies at the front were rude and unprofessional to say the least. They don’t care about your time or what you agreed upon at the start of treatment. I had braces and we were promised a free cleaning and whitening once treatment was done, but when it came down to it, they refused to do it because they had cancelled the promotion… obviously braces treatment takes a long time so why would there be a time restriction. ON TOP OF THAT, the only reason why it took so long to get them off is because they kept booking my appointments 3 months apart when it’s supposed to be every 6 weeks since they are taking more customers than they can handle. There’s so much more bs I went through and if I could leave negative stars or have this place shut down, I would.

loved my cleaning with the hygienist Jacky. Britany my assistant was very nice taking my x-rays and the front desk girl lisset helped me with my financing. very great experience! highly recommend.

My deep cleaning with Jackeline B was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable enough to relax. Definitely booking my next cleaning with Jackeline.
