I’ve been coming to Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics on Uvalde Road since around February or March, and I can honestly say this location has been nothing short of amazing every single visit. Dr. Gordon is outstanding, professional, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure everything is done right. Throughout my treatment, I’ve worked with several dental assistants—Angela, Veronica, Neylin, and Sarah...and every single one of them has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring. It’s rare to experience such consistency across an entire team, but they absolutely deliver. They also worked with me to set up an affordable payment plan, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. What really stood out to me was the level of care beyond just dental work. Toward the end of my treatment, when Dr. Gordon was temporarily moved to the Fulton location, I was concerned because driving has been difficult for me due to a previous accident. Adriana (or Andrea- I get names mixed up sometimes I apologize in advance) , the manager at the Uvalde Road location, went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about that. She truly cares about her patients and took the time to share helpful, detailed education about dental health as well. Her energy is unmatched! This entire team/staff is AMAZING. They don’t just treat patients...they genuinely care about people. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care, compassion, and a team that goes the extra mile.
I do not usually leave reviews but I was compelled to write an outstanding review about this location. Doctor Asia Gordon was sooooo gentle and kind. She did an amazing job and I didn’t even feel my mouth being numbed. That’s how good she is. She also answered all of my questions. Sarah at the front desk was also really sweet and informative. I’ll never go anywhere else for dental work. EVER! Great place
Great expirence today.Since I walked in the customer service was 5 stars. From the front desk to X-Rays and DR. Hats off to the person who performed my cleaning today did an amazing job. Also to receptionist who scheduled my follow up was very professional. Keep up.the great work the Wallisville team. My new clinic for now on. Appeciciate you all and highly recommend this clinic .
DO NOT GET BRACES HERE!! Went to this clinic for braces and left with worse teeth. I now have an over jet bite AND a cross bite. The main orthodontist isn't educated enough to be working on anyone's teeth's and the assistants... I don't know where any of them went to school but it seems like their first time doing anything each appointment. Do not waste your time & money coming here, they don't care about you and only want money. They expected me to pay AGAIN if I wanted to get my bite fixed, but they couldn't do it the first time?
And the receptionists are the most incompetent and rude group of people Ive ever seen work at a clinic, literally soulless & lack any amount of empathy. I explained my frustration with one of them and all they did was stare and smirk as if it was funny to them. This location needs to be closed down because they have respect for any of their clients, they care more about quantity than quality.
I am writing to highly recommend the Jefferson Dental office on Uvalde. The entire staff is professional and welcoming.
In particular, I would like to recognize Isaac Almendarez. He was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated his excellent care.
Amazing staff. I’ve always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but Issac was incredible. He was incredibly patient, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was comfortable.Their calm demeanor really changed the whole experience for me.
The staff and doctors are always friendly and caring, making sure both my son and I feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s wonderful how quickly our appointments are, usually just about 20 minutes, which makes the whole experience even better.
I've had a very bad experience at Jefferson Dental; they've made several mistake. First, They made a mistake on my daughter's braces contract, putting my son's name on it. I'm her mother, and I'm the one who's going to pay. I told them he was only the emergency contact. And now they can't fix it.
I had an appointment in December for a cleaning. The dentist when she checked my mouth I saw the disgust on her face. She was rude and unprofessional in telling me what I need. I got upset. I left the clinic. I don't plan on going back for another visit.
A few days ago, my daughter had an appointment for a cleaning. After waiting a while, they called her in to take x-rays and told me there was no one available to remove the wire because she needed a deep cleaning. They told me to come back in three days. When I returned, it was different doctor, she told me it wasn't necessary to remove the wire because she didn't need a deep cleaning; she didn't have any cavities.
I told her what they told me last time. She said, they had probably made a mistake or hadn't examined her properly.
Really.. This was the last one!
This place is the worst, lack of professionalism.
I don't want to go back there. I looking for another dentist to finish my daughter's braces treatment.
