Became a new patient of iSmile because they were able to treat both me and my daughter. They’re super accommodating, they book our appointments the same day which is super convenient. I’ve seen different dentists each visit but each one is very knowledgeable, thorough with explanations, and very patient. They all have great “bedside manner” as well. The office is always extremely clean, tools sterile, and perfectly temperature controlled. My absolute favorite part about coming to this office has to be the level of personal care involved. They always know what type of appointment you’re there for as soon as you walk in the door, so you’re always greeted warmly instead of with questions that just make you feel like a number. I really love that I can communicate with the office via text. Jylian really is the best with helping me be flexible with my appointments and I’m super grateful this can be handled via text because it’s a huge time saver. And my daughter loves that everyone in the office greets her and addresses her by name. I know they’re a popular practice and probably have hundreds of patients but they give small family practice vibes. Really can’t ask for anything better
I always have a pleasant experience at ISmile Dental on Roosevelt Blvd. The staff is friendly and they remember each patient while greeting them with a smile. Scheduling appointments are easy and if you have to cancel they make the cancellation process easy. I go for cleanings every 3 months and have never had a bad experience. The hygienist explains every step, makes sure you’re comfortable and also makes sure to answer any questions. The dentist is also very pleasant and helpful.
My experience at ismile is everything worthwhile.
Services offered is efficient and the Dentist along with the Dental assistants are very knowledgeable , professional and friendly.. I gave this place a five Stars because the place is clean which I admire a lot
And their services is beyond the usual given compared to others I have visited before. I have recommended others who told me the same as I have stated about getting dental care at ismle and am still recommending others who have never been there before. I had my first appointment at this dental clinic , and it was a great experience. The dentist took the time to explain every detail clearly and make sure I understood everything. The receptionist was also very friendly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this clinic .
iSmile Dental is a very professional and accommodating office. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work and is not at ease going to the dentist. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.
Sooo I haven’t been too a Dental office in years sadly but I came in and the front desk made me feel so welcomed soon as I walked in and I was seen super quick , The Doctors and Dental assistants where very professional and polite and My teeth feel and look brand new ! 10/10 Recommended this Office is Far by the dental office in northeast Philadelphia!
