Dr Cathy Balzano is absolutely amazing! I have finally found a Dr who truly listens and cares about you. Dr Balzano talks to you and makes you feel like you and your issues are important. After going through a few Drs at this office I can gladly say I finally have found the perfect one. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the office as well. Thank you!

Great staff. Awesome doctor! She listens to her patients and takes the time to discuss whatever needs to be even when she is running behind late in the day. She is amazing! Finally found one that is good and listens!

Dr. Martinez and the IMS staff are friendly, professional and informative. Dr. Martinez gives me a plan that is going to benefit me health wise and encourages me to make follow up appointments so that we can stay on top of my healing progress. Praise God!!!

Dunn Jerry is simply the best he possesses a combination of high level clinical knowledge,kindness,and efficiency. He takes time to listen and explains things throughly. Treats patients with kindness and empathy, highly recommended.

NP-C Gerald Dunn, is remarkable. He listens and tries really hard to help no matter what your problem is. He really is much better than any primary care doctor I’ve ever had. (I have to say he’s right up there with Dr. Mark Longuist). He stays informed and really seems to care!!!!!!

I booked my appointment a week ago. Which was an easy process. When I arrived for my appointment it was a very short wait. And my visit with Lilia Cano was very efficient and polite. She asked me many questions about my health. And we got an action plan together to deal with any problems. I would recommend Lilia Cano to anyone that wants efficient and caring care. I got my labs done on the same visit. And I’m looking forward to continuing to visit here for all of my health needs

The overall experience was above expectations. The attending nurse provided excellent communication and took very good notes. Jerry spend ample time to make sure the transition from prior doctor to my needs were clearly understood. Came away with a clear path forward. The check in process was very confusing, which detracted from overall rating.

I can’t say enough great things about Jerry Dunn! Every visit, I feel genuinely heard and cared for. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and their well-being. Finding a provider like him is rare, and I’m so grateful for the level of compassion and attention he gives. Highly recommend!
