Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They were very thorough with the images and results and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how comfortable they made my child feel. Great experience overall!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service. I went to get a temporary crown done after a root canal. Incredible. There was hardly a wait, the tech and dentist were very friendly and the atmosphere did not make me feel like I was in a stuffy dentist. It was fun in there and the energy was high. I’m gonna move my husband here and the kids too.

My experience at this location with Dr. Walker and the hygienist, Cindy, was amazing. They talked me through everything step by step, explained any issues I had, and gave me a plan to get back on track. I’ve never been to a dentist where the staff is truly so passionate and caring about their patients until I came here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Last Wednesday I came in knowing that I had pretty bad stained teeth...thanks to dark colored gummies. Lesson learned! BUT Janette came to my rescue! She made my experience enjoyable. She was very kind to talk to and took care of my teeth beautifully! I appreciated how she took her time and my teeth are looking good!

Besides the call center scheduling me 2hours before the location even opened no complaints. Office staff was kind, approachable, and had a great sense of urgency. Every dental assistant that I interacted with was helpful, patient, and gentle. Dr.Walker was great and made me feel comfortable I’m looking forward to continuing my dental care with Ideal Dental. Even scheduled my best friend an appointment! Thank you! <3

Anita was unnecessarily rough when handling the tools used to clean my teeth. Her delivery of asking health questions regarding body weight landed wrong with me. Extensive and costly work was recommended without sufficient explanation. There was a long wait with only about 15 minutes devoted to the actual cleaning. I felt unheard, interrupted, while explaining my medical history and I will not be returning.

After a bad experience at another dentist, I was not looking forward to a tooth extraction, especially with nitrous oxide for the first time. Dr. Buhler and his assistant George changed everything. They took the time to explain each step before doing anything, which made all the difference. The nitrous oxide, the numbing, the procedure itself, nothing was a surprise. The extraction was done in about 20 seconds. No pain, no drama, no problems. Dr. Buhler and George are exactly the kind of team that restores your confidence in dental care. If anxiety has been keeping you from the dentist, come here. You are in truly excellent hands.

Despite all my dental pain. This office was so caring and kind to me. Dentist was very professional and friendly. Dental assistants are so kind and made all the difference. I will be continuing care here.
