Houston Premier Radiology was clean, the staff were amazing and professional. I was seen about 7 minutes past my appointment time, which in the medical field isnt bad at all. When I went to the back for my CT scan, it was quick, comfortable, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. One of the better medical imaging places ive been too. Would recommend if youre needing imaging for medical related issues.

Andre was Awesome. He made my experience with the Bone Scan easy. He was kind and professional. He explained each step as we went along. I appreciate his kind bed side manner. You've got an asset to your company in Andre. If I ever have to have Bone Scan, MRI, CT SCAN again, Ill defintely tell my dr I choose Houston Premier as long as you have Andre. Let Andre know his worth in your company. Have a bless day.

I had received a call to schedule my appointment for same day with great options and so I chose the latest appointment only to call them back 2 hours later to ask if I could change the time to the earlier appointment and they were so accommodating. I arrived within 30 minutes of the call and had all my paperwork ready immediately and proceeded to process my payment and I was seen expeditiously with a full lobby. It’s been a great experience and I will definitely recommend them to others and hopefully not need to but if I ever I do i will surely return! Thanks to a great reception front desk staff and Xray technician staff ! Happy Mothers Day! They definitely made mine happy!

The reception area was very polite. The wait was around 30 to 40 minutes, without an appointment, but I did get there around 3:30, after getting my insurance verified and getting seen after appointments, it makes sense. I was only getting an X-ray of my hand, so the actual procedure was less than 10 minutes. The tech was super friendly. Overall not really a bad experience.

Great staff, very attentive with the process of the scan. I had no issue getting my mri done. I feel this place is above others since they have sufficient spaces for more clients. Had a great time!

I was impressed with the efficiency of the intake process and the pleasant waiting area. The staff were universally kind, friendly, and thoughtful. The CT scan went well. The only hitch was that the phlebotomist had difficulty finding a decent vein in this 80-year-old's shy right arm. The left arm gave in and accepted the inevitable. You know how veins seem to know that a needle is coming and they go into hiding! In spite of this slight bump in the road, I had NO bruising, not even a hint of bruising - which says a lot for the phlebotomist's calm and excellent technique.
