Super nice and funny front staff members. My radio. tech was really great as well. I don’t remember his name, he used to be a teacher. Cheery demeanor and my appointment was a breeze!

Monica and Trea were absolute angels. from the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such kindness , especially after I had dealt with nothing but bad attitudes all day. I was really nervous about some upcoming scans and had a lot on my mind, but they took the time to ease my fears. They carefully explained everything I should expect and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They reassured me again and again, answered all my questions, and even gave me extra information I didn’t think to ask for. Their compassion didn’t just turn my day around it truly will stick with me forever and remind me that with all the bad, there’s good in this world. I’ll always remember how they made me feel in that moment. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. They are truly a blessing, and I hope life returns that kindness to them wherever they go!!!! ❤️

Awesome staff! The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my billing amount was correct, spending 30 minutes on the phone with BCBSTX. She didn’t have to do that. The technician was great too!

Very Friendly Staff. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the X-ray technician. She was very friendly and patient. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Thanks for such a great service!!

VERY impressed!! Got a text from my Dr. that the orders had been sent to HMI and then got on line to book. Was able to go in literally an hour later for my x-rays. The receptionist was wonderful and I was in and out in a total of about 30 minutes from when I walked in. HIGHLY recommend this place!

I had a fantastic experience at Houston Medical Imaging. Every single person I met was genuinely friendly — not the forced, rushed kind, but truly kind and present. The reception team was so sweet, and my technician was wonderful: friendly, gentle, and incredibly clear in explaining every step. They were right on schedule, and I was in and out within an hour. The facility itself is beautiful, with natural stone throughout the building and lobby that makes the whole place feel calm and thoughtfully designed. Very grateful for such a smooth and reassuring visit.

They were expecting me in Reception when I arrived. They provided the short form I needed to complete and sign. They sent me up to my waiting room where I spent a few minutes. Just before my appointment time they called me in for my X-ray. I spent about 15 minutes with getting undressed, getting the required X-rays and getting dressed. Very organized, expedient and professional.

As anyone can imagine going for imaging can be quite scary, but as soon as I walked in from the front desk to the technician Eddie, they made it such a pleasant and happy experience! Eddie’s sense of humor and his fun personality totally made me forget that I was in tears while driving up to my appointment. The facility was clean, decorated in a way that made you feel at home and in high-end cozy and chic fashion. There was absolutely no wait and the transition from checking in to Eddie coming to meet me with a big smile made this such a beautiful experience! Shout out to the staff and Eddie for putting a smile on my heart and giggles in my spirit! You guys are truly MVP’s of CT’s!!! Blessings!❤️
