I was at this location at 0915, had checked in for 0930 appointment. Had reserved a spot ahead of time. Waited less than 5 minutes. I had a known condition and just needed antibiotics. I was in and out very quickly. As you can see from the picture, it was pretty empty. I'm sure as the cold and flu season rolls along, it probably won't be so quick. The NP was efficient, which helped me get my antibiotics quicker. The staff was friendly and nice, but I also was already in their system as my Cardiologist is also an HonorHealth provider, so that saved a step in the registration process.
The nurse practitioner on duty did an outstanding job diagnosing my broken thumb and immediately reaching out to a hand surgeon who was able to get me in right away. I was able to have necessary surgery the following day. I really appreciate the urgent Care nurse practitioner taking extra steps to make sure that I got the best care.
I’ve never had an issue here. The staff is always very friendly and never short of exceptional. From the front desk to the PA, all amazing. Shout out to Jody (spelt wrong) the MA, for providing me a safe environment and making me feel so comfortable to talk to her about my symptoms! This really makes a difference in sensitive situations
This is the best urgent care I've ever been to. From the moment I opened the door and was greeted by a very friendly guy, the person taking my vitals, to the doctor. Everyone was friendly and very attentive to my special needs. The doctor went above and beyond to finding me a specialist that would see me on the same day. I'm impressed i wish all Healthcare was like this. This is my go to place from now on.
As I don't have health insurance, I visited Urgent Care and found the receptionist most welcoming and caring. She greeted me with a big smile showing empathy towards my illness. She completed my initial assessment and had me wait just a few minutes before I was seen by their medical representative.
In all, an excellent service was provided.
I recently had a visit to this location because my entire four person household were all sick. We were treated so wonderful. The front desk receptionist made check in easy, the nurses were very caring, and the nurse practitioner that helped my family and I was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our health. I have been there more times than I can count over 10 years and have never gotten anything below amazing service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for.
My 30 year old daughter has been spotting all month. Amber got her checked in quickly and efficiently. And she was seen within 10 minutes of arriving.
I wanted to take her to Honor health on Scottsdale and Osborn from 32nd street and Baseline road. Thanks be to God, this place was here. To god be the glory!
Accidentally stabbed my hand with a paring knife. Went to Urgent Care. ALL of the staff - from the man who checked me in, the nurse, and the PA who gave me a stitch - were kind, supportive and very, very helpful to me.
I was a little concerned and their kindnesses put me at ease right away.
Very clean facility. Would highly recommend and visit again if needed.
