I had an excellent experience with my dentist Dr. Omar Ismael. He is very patient, supportive, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment clearly. He made sure I understood what was happening, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and regularly asked if I had any additional concerns before moving forward. His caring approach and clear communication helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and commitment in making sure I understood my dental care. I highly recommend dr. Ismael to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist.

Baneen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic should seriously reassess staff training and qualifications, my experience raised serious concerns about staff qualifications, and overall patient care. Patients trust clinics with their health, and based on my visit, I don’t recommend this office.
The clinic started my visit 30 minutes late, staff spent another 30 minutes trying to push additional services instead of respecting my scheduled treatment which was cleaning. By the time the cleaning finally began, nearly an hour had already passed. Unfortunately, the hygienist appeared inexperienced. She struggled to properly handle the cleaning tools, which made the procedure painful and caused noticeable bleeding!
