Best staff in the world! Top Cardiologist!!! Starting with the security at the emergency room entrance and throughout my entire visit at Holy Cross hospital, l was treated with kid gloves. Thanks! The doctors, nurses, technicians and registrar were all very passionate and precessional. I was very comfortable and secure in their care.
“EXCEPTION,” the food is degrading!!! Most hospital food is not expected to be your average everyday meal, but the food was garbage, prepared with no care.
I was visited by a very kind Clergyman before my discharge. He was so peaceful and comforting. My overall visit to Holy Cross Hospital left me with a feeling of secureness and appreciation best of all my heart is in tip top condition. Thanks again
All I have to say that I love how I was treated by everyone there at Holy Cross Hospital. From
Dr. Daniel Berger MD to all the staffs. I was treated like gold and they made me feel so comfortable right after my surgery. My daughter was accompanying me and she even loved how everyone was so polite and so helpful. I will continue coming to Holy Cross because I love how the people treat me there. Thank you again Doctor and staffs.
I had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Malone. I had been searching for a new PCP for many years after my PCP of 20 years relocated to McHenry. I am an organized and slightly demanding patient as I am also an alternative medical healthcare provider and RN of 25+ yrs. Dr Malone seamlessly addressed my concerns while conducting his expert level physical exam and thorough care which left me feeling like I’ve been listened to and heard. It is the first time in many years that I have felt I have found somebody that I can collaborate with. I can finally stop seeing online providers, which were acting as a Band-Aid. Five stars and two thumbs up! HJB
My experience was a mix of positives and challenges. The doctors were knowledgeable and professional and some of the nurses were very caring and attentive. They explained procedure clearly and tried their best to make patient feel comfortable.
Dr. Singh is a great doctor. She listens to my concerns and does everything to give me a proper diagnosis. Definitely like going yo Holy Cross for doctors visits. The ladies at reception are very nice. The medical students put effort into learning. Overall I truly like the attention and service provided.
Choose Holy Cross because healing begins with the heart, not just the hands.
The nurses bring passion so pure it feels like prayer — gentle, present, and unshakable.
The doctors practice excellence with humility — they listen, explain, and truly care.
The community goal is simple: to lay good spirits all around this hospital like morning light, so every patient leaves lighter and every neighbor feels held.
Holy Cross is not the fanciest. But it is among the kindest. Sweetness lives here. Poetry breathes here. And when you choose it, you choose a place where passion and excellence hold hands — and lift an entire community.
Nurses: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (passion like honey)
Doctors: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (excellence like starlight)
Come get well. Leave wrapped in hope. Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago. Where good spirits gather. And healing begins.
Dr. Mukherjee spent a good deal of time with me, assessing my health situation, so I could understand what steps I should take to alleviate my concerns. I was easily able to schedule the visit as well as the needed subsequent diagnostic tests. I was very impressed with the doctor’s care and the friendliness of the staff.
CNA’s “ patient care technicians” On the fifth floor are extremely rude. Don’t know how to do their job. I had to help them give the patient his medication because they only try it once they don’t hurry and do diaper changes. Let him sit on his pee for I don’t know how long didn’t hold him correctly to turn him sideways and still said that that’s why They don’t let the family be in the room because they butt in There is proper ways that she needs to get trained to turn patients And they held him from the wrist, knowing damn well, they could’ve dislocated his wrist, even shoulder with all the force that they used
