I feel bad for posting this since I love my kids doctor. But the receptionist Manuel is very unprofessional. The first time I brought my daughter he didn’t know what to do after I repeated myself that when it’s a newborn he has to use the mothers insurance till the child receives theirs. He ignored me and did what he wanted he had to call another department. Which explained the same thing and was very rude when I kept trying to explain. He’s not very friendly or polite. Once again I had to deal with him registering my kid and he still was very rude. He asked for the insurance card and I told him I could give the information from my chart. I provided it and he said “I’m going to need more than that” which is a lie you only need the information that my chart has to be able to get the insurance. I really hope this can be resolved since I just decided to switch back to dr dharia because she is an amazing doctor.
Worst experience with the assistant lvn nurse her name is akshata chavan. She took about 30 mins just to give us our paper work and get his shots ready after the doctor left. My kids have been coming here for 18 years and never has a nurse taken that long. Seriously there needs to be a change made. I need to make sure when I make an appointment she is not our nurse I do not and I repeat do not want this lady to be the nurse for any of my kids visit !!!
Their doctors provide excellent care, and we truly appreciate their professionalism. However, my main concern is with the medical assistants/nurses and interpreter services. The providers are able to communicate effectively without an interpreter, but the medical assistants and nurses insist on using one and do not seem to consider our situation. They appear to follow their own rules rather than being flexible with us. Whenever I bring my parents to their appointments, we are required to use an interpreter, even though I am able to assist with interpretation. The interpreter service often takes extra time, and unfortunately, the interpretations are sometimes inaccurate. I hope this issue can be improved to ensure smoother communication for patients and families.
As a citizen with Freedmen status as defined by under Title 8, Chapter 4 (§§ 61–65) of the U.S. Code, I was uncomfortable because I was unable to identify any other descendants of former US chattel slaves.
Freedmen are permitted to identify separately from Africans and Caribbeans per the Supreme Court dissent in Students for Fair Admissions (2023).
I went to Harris Health EI Franco Lee Health Centre for an eye examination on January 15th,The doctors and nurses are conscientious and responsible。 Thank yoy very much!
