I have been a patient for the better part of 15 years, and I have been through a couple of Dr’s. But now as of late, I can almost see every Dr that I need at Gonzaba Med, GP. My main general Practitioner, podiatrist, for gynecology and now, My New Neurologist. He is at the Woodlawn location of Gonzaba Medical Gp. Dr. E. Kotkowski. I’ve only had 3 appointments with him so far, but from what I’ve seen and how I’ve been medically treated and diagnosed for my migraine headaches has been very impressive. He takes the time to talk you through everything you’ve been feeling and treatment options available. He’s not pushy like some Dr’s can be. I appreciate his calm and understanding bed side manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a neurologist.
Dr Kopkowski is patient, kind and respectful. Listens to our concerns and addressed my Mother directly. He has a caring attitude and a great sense of humor! His staff was also friendly and efficient.
The staff isn't professional. Great doctor but the staff can't keep up with ordering or sending orders in for prescriptions. Had to wait couple days due to the stuff "forgetting" to call the heb and send over the prescription. They get a temper when you call twice for a prescription you need daily for the pain we have.
Dr. Outlaw was amazing, he set up a plan for me and we started working on the plan today. I'm grateful he did not minimize my pain level but acknowledged it. Thank you Dr. Outlaw and Thomas for your professionalism and care.
My experience was delightful. My first visit there was very satisfying from the front desk to my therapist "Stuart". Would recommend to friends and family. Gonzaba does it again!
Everyone was very knowledgeable about the therapy one needed. Ensured you were comfortable and tolerated the treatment. Mr. Steward listened and was very polite about your situation. I recommend anyone needing therapy to go to doctor Steward and staff.
