I'm a new patient at Gonzaba. From the entrance of Gonzaba on Pleasanton Rd., you enter to find a scene of a Mexican culture with a fountain in the center of the reception room were you are greeted by multiple staff. Very organized reception staff sign you in. Your experience has just started. Courteous staff escort you to the waiting room for your appointment. I was greeted first by the medical assistant to got my blood pressure ECT. Then came the good part. I meet my Dr Martinez Diaz. I felt like all my concerns were answered and she went over my medication. She was so attentive with a wonderful warm smile. I can attest that all the staff and Doctor where there to assist the patients in a more than comforting manner. You will not be disappointed going to Gonzaba.

I asked for assistance with updating information and appointments and was very graciously helped. There was very little waiting time. All the needed tasks were completed courteously and all the steps were explained clearly. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

The personal were very friendly and helpful through the whole process. From the welcome at the door to receptionist and the radiologist. Very hands on with any need you may have and assistance with my handicap parent. Very grateful for the care and services.

Doctor’s visit today was perfect. PA Ramirez was telling me what I need to correct a little bit better and I had explained to her about my neck surgery in the pass and my new shoulder pain so she had me take some x-rays this morning and I’ll be finding out the results in a few days, PA Ramirez is a great doctor. .

Been taking g my dad there for years, but recently have been having a lot of issues, plus had the worst experience with a male xray tech,and was reported, but nothing was done about it, this tech was so disrespectful and unprofessional, seems like someone their is taking a special interest in my dad's medical info and spreading it around, plus another issue is diagnosis have been add to his medical history that he never had. And when he needs lab work they been poking him more then needed, causing him bruises.
