My follow up after my full knee surgery was a week early and the staff was great removing special surgical pad with a suction machine on it . My visit was quick and your staff is great. My only complaint is I wish there were higher chairs in the waiting area for people with hip issues. It would make it A little more comfortable for those of us with hip issues.

From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Kirschner is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What stands out most is the time he takes with each appointment. I never feel rushed. He patiently answers all of my questions and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I always leave feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my care. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and thoughtful medical care.

Dr Kirschner is Outstanding talked to us about our options and discussed what he thought was the best approach for me. GSOA is a place I would 100% recommend for ANY Orthopedic doctor or Surgeon you might need. The entire team there are courteous and professional.

Dr Holden is rude. Terrible bed side manners . I came in early to be seen on time for my appointment at 3:15 waited an hour to be seen. When he saw me . It was 2mins… moved my arm around and completely disregarded patient care. Offered another shot that can probably help healing. Do I want him to do it NO I don’t trust him .

Doctor Van Grouw is very fast and efficient. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Free on street parking fight outside. Highly recommended

Dr. Holden is a great doctor. He listens to you. He’s got great bedside manners. You don’t feel rushed when you see him. I highly recommend him if you have knee or shoulder issues.

TURN OFF THIS GABBY ARTIFICIAL GARBAGE PLEASE. I have "do not disturb" set on my phone for a reason. This ridiculous machine just keeps calling until someone live picks up! Really NOT NICE whatsoever. Pay a proper individual to leave messages!! Are you being that cheap? Fantastic doctors but you're loosing the battle and patients by waking them up when they are asleep for a stupid appointment reminder. Come on guys some of us work shifts!! Get rid of this AI NONSENSE!
