We visited First Aid off Bulverde Rd in San Antonio for my two children, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish.
The front desk staff member who checked us in was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. I wish I got her name.
The medical assistant who took our vitals was amazing. My 3-year-old does not do well with doctor visits, and she was extremely understanding, gentle, and patient while he was screaming and crying. Her calm and caring approach made such a difference. I wish I got her name!.
In the exam room, Bret was absolutely outstanding. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, was so patient with my little one, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed as a mom.
As a parent, this level of compassion means everything. There was absolutely no judgment only understanding, professionalism, and genuine care. I am so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend this clinic.

WOW! I had such a wonderful experience at Fast Aid - Bulverde! I was in desperate need of hydration due to pregnancy sickness (Hyperemesis Gravidarum). From the moment I arrived, the front desk was so kind and professional, to getting back to the room for IV hydration. The NP, MA, and all staff were impeccable, so compassionate, and thorough! And ‘Fast’ is truly their first name! I was out in an hour or less, fully hydrated, not to mention the included B-Complex helped soooo much!
Thank you all for such an amazing experience and turning a daunting task into one I look forward doing on a regular basis!

Fast Aid Urgent Care on Bulverde is the best place to go when you’re not feeling well. We have been patients here off and on for many years. The people are amazing. They are helpful, kind, and patient. What I like most, the doctors here actually take their time talking to you. They don’t rush and make you feel like they have somewhere else they would rather be. I highly recommend this urgent care.

This was the fastest I was ever seen and sent home, in the best way! The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and didn’t mess around. The NP came in gave, gave me great education on the meds/recommendations he had, and was open to listening to my opinions as well. I have already raved about them to my friends, and will be using them as my first choice urgent care from here on out!
Top notch care, I cut my hand with a power saw, walked in took me right back cleaned and stitched up wound, prescribed antibiotics and sent me home. In n out in less then an hour. The NP and staff are definitely top notch! The owner is a veteran and offers VA care for us vets!👍
