This is the 2nd time at this location. New development besides cataracts was discussed. All should be covered under insurance based on coding. No explanation given about what steps was being taken at the various stations with the young man taking me around. He seemed nervous & his colleague came over to help him which was nice. Dr. Muhammad was very thorough. He did explain what he saw. Ordered drops & ointment that I’ll use for 1 week. Next visit seems far away for a Dr. Chan. Was told to call back to see if any cancellations so I can get in earlier. Will update review once procedures are complete.
We had an amazing experience at this facility and the Schaumburg location. In a vision crisis they were able to get us in the same day and begin treatment the following day. The technician Jackie was absolutely amazing and made us feel important and well taken care of! We got to see her at both locations and she ensured we were comfortable and had whatever we needed. Dr. A was also awesome to work with and wanted to get us taken care of- he went out of his way as well to get all the treatment started immediately. 100% recommend this facility.
Absolutely terrible! The technician I had was so inappropriate and rude. The front desk barely spoke when I came in. And worst of all the eye doctor was extremely late. She never showed. I couldn't wait so I ended up leaving unserviced. Please, please do not go to this location. The Orland location is way more professional and better. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Everyone at this facility is great! They are friendly and professional. I have particular eye issues and Dr. Garcia is the best. She is the sweetest and very knowledgeable about everything related to eye care.
Miss Jackie was great and compassionate. She definitely helped me with my corneal abrasion! Felt right at home with the caring service ! She immediately put some numbing drops in to help with the pain, was also very thorough when taking down my information & was patient with me. I wish everyone was as passionate and caring as she was. 10/10 recommend!!
I visited Family Eye Physicians for my annual eye exam and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough and easy to talk to. Everything ran smoothly—I highly recommend them!
Was looking for a pediatric optometrist for my son who had very bad light sensitivity and was constantly rubbing his eyes. I came across family eye physical in oak lawn. Decided to give them a try and I am so happy that I did. Miss Jackie was the absolute BEST. So incredibly patient with my little guy who was a nervous wreck. Made him feel so comfortable and she had him laughing the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the absolute best :)
The first person who attended to me Tonya was very kind and helpful to me. I was experiencing pain from Sciatica in my leg and she supplied me per my request with an
Cold pack. Tonya was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind.( As well as Dr. Gonzalez)
