This is the most well run practice I've been to. All of the staff know what they're supposed to do and have answers to all my questions. Things get set up and work just like they're supposed to. It's amazing to go there and no you're not going to be filling out a bunch of forms and doing stupid things while you wait a long time
Dr Eifler is a Down to Earth No Nonsense kind of guy. It is obvious he has a wealth of experience. I went in for a meniscus tear two years ago and he was clear on what it was and what to do and he did it. Now I went to him for something on the top of my knee that happened in my golf swing. He reviewed the scan and knew exactly what it was. He asked me specific questions to understand my problem. By asking about timing and pain and , he determined it was a flap that was being pinched even after rest. He laid out a specific course of action and different options as we went along learning more through the surgery. I wish every doctor could talk to me about my injuries like this! He is an excellent doctor, I live in Scottsdale but I drive to Chandler to see him. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my knees.
Dr. Eifler and his staff are amazing, always so helpful and genuinely kind. Dr. Eifler did my left total knee replacement a couple months ago, and it all went better than I could have expected. I was blessed to not have any issues or pain. He said my quality of life would improve greatly and boy he was right. I am pain free now!!!!

5+ stars! I researched sooo many Drs and read a ton of reviews before seeing Dr. Eifler. I'm so happy that I found him. I had my ACL surgery the first week of March and I am already walking without a brace and feeling great! Dr. Eifler is an amazing surgeon, he even called me the night of my surgery to check on me. Having a personble doctor is so rare. You really can tell he cares about his patients and is really good at what he does. All his staff have been amazing and very helpful. I will always recommend him. Thank you!
I had surgery on my right arm performed by Dr. Eric Eifler, and I could not be more grateful for the care I received. From the very first appointment, Dr. Eifler took the time to explain my condition, the surgical procedure, and the recovery process in a way that was clear and reassuring. He never rushed the conversation and made sure all of my questions were fully answered.
The surgery itself went extremely well, and my recovery has been better than I expected. Dr. Eifler’s skill, precision, and attention to detail were evident, and I felt confident knowing I was in such capable hands. His professionalism and calm demeanor truly put me at ease.
I also want to commend his staff, who were friendly, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process. The follow-up care was excellent, and I always felt like my well-being was the top priority.
I highly recommend Dr. Eric Eifler to anyone in need of orthopedic care. He is an outstanding surgeon and an even better physician who genuinely cares about his patients.
Even though I’ve only worked with Dr. Eifler briefly, I’ve been very impressed. He listened carefully, understood my situation, and handled everything in a professional and thoughtful way. His rebuttal was detailed and helped move things in the right direction. From both my experience and what I’ve heard from others, he seems to be a highly capable surgeon. I would definitely like to continue working with him and hope to have him as my surgeon if the opportunity is there.
Dr Eifler and his staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. I was dealing with knee pain in both knees 2 years ago and since that first visit my knees have been pain free with gel shots. Amazing! Jordan is the PA and she always hits the spot!! This week had been 9 months since my last gel shot and they fit me in right away even though I called at the last minute. You could not ask for better Doctor, PA and office staff for your Orthopedic needs!
My wife saw Dr Eifler for the first time and we were impressed by the whole staff that we dealt with! From the checking in, as my wife needed help in filling out her paperwork, to the people doing the x-ray of the knee. and to the person administering the shot, and the doctor explaining what the next steps were going to be. Well done!
My experience with Dr Eifler and Jordan, the PA, has been fantastic, and they have a great support staff that responds quickly to my calls and concerns. I tore my meniscus and they thoroughly explained the injury and courses of action to get me back to normal so I can bike, run, ski again. I'm glad I found this team as my resource to help keep my joints healthy so I can maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.
