Doctor Aronica and nurse were awesome and very friendly. They both did a professional job for both my wife and I. The doctor addressed all our questions and examined/treated all questionable skin spots. We also love the fact that the office is conveniently located for Anthem and New River residents. I highly recommend the office to anyone looking for excellent dermatology services.

Wow! I would give a 6 If I could. The Doctors Assistant and the doctor were so kind and Loving and , just wow. we were laughing the whole time. My wife came in with my and I am telling you these ladies were exactly what all doctors and thier assistance should be. kind. And they did not mess around she told be exactly what I had exactly what I should do. the assistant was so on the ball they both, the doc and assistant, you could tell these were a team that seemed to have been together for years. I had been going to Anthem's Affiliated Dermatology for a long time but in that place it always seemed like you were going into the principal's office. I dreaded going. thank you to the Receptionist, to the Yoski cleary the Doctors Right Hand person, and to the doctor, you three were all beautiful.

If I could less than a 1 star I would! First off, the DR I saw Dr Severson seems very inexperienced and uneducated on skin conditions. My appt with him left me feeling very concerned and unsettled. He needed to rush out of the room before I could get my questions answered. The real headache began when I was trying to get test results back and called on Monday after being told they would be back. They didn't have them but said they would on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I messaged in the online chat with no response, then went and left a message for the medical team- still no response, had to call a 3rd time the next day- a week from my appt and was told the test could take 2 weeks to come back. The office manager was unsure of what had taken place after I sat on hold for 15 minutes so you would think she would have educated herself before taking an escalation call. She was not professional or kind and didn't even apologize for the lack of communication. I had to get another location involved because of the lack of communication from this office. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this office unless you want the major run around and whole lot of frustration.

Great experience today, took me in as a new patient same day plus was seen by a doctor vs now previous provider who only had available into June for my local office and April to see whoever was available (practitioner only). Doctor and staff were all great!

Dr England and her assistant Holly are kind and professional. I had a s skin cancer removed and appreciated their thorough explanations. My teenage son is also a patient and received wonderful care with Dr England and Dr Aronica.

If you're paying cash/not covered by insurance, - BEWARE!! They charge $200 just to walk in the door and it's not applied to any work being done unless it's done that same day. They will not compromise, try to work with you. 3 minute consult - $200. Lucrative racket, I guess.

From start to end this was the best experience. Scheduling online was super easy & quick to get in. The staff were professional & helpful. The bedside manner of everyone was wonderful.

Dr. England & her staff came highly recommended from family members that she has been treating over the past few years. The front office was relaxed, welcoming & friendly, which helped with 'new patient' jitters. Dr. England was so thorough & knowledgeable of what I had going on and also had immediate & practical remedies. The whole office felt relaxed - it may have helped they were all dressed up for Halloween. Really good costumes!
