I had a fantastic experience with Syreta. She is incredibly professional, has a wonderful personality, and truly knows how to keep her patients calm and comfortable. I have been coming to Enigma for few years now, it's my go to skin treatment medi spa. The staff is really friendly and professional, they listen to all the concerns during free consultation session and guide along way for all my concerns. I have gotten laser treatment, facials and morphis8 treatments done. The price is very reasonable for all the treatments. Spa is very clean and hygienic. No long waits, I like how disciplined they are with time. Glad that I have found such a wonderful spa in northeast philly!
I really love this place. It’s clean comfortable and the staff is so friendly. I’ve been going there for about a year now, I started with Botox and I just got my first Juverrderm service Iwith Syretta she’s kind and informative. I allowed the two week process before contacting the office. I Voiced my concerns. and they listened and asked me to come in for a follow up.Syretta Took care of my issues with no questions asked I and I couldn’t be more pleased.
The staff on the front desk is very nice, especially Olga. They make your treatment schedule smooth and easy.
Esthetician Regina knows her job, she explains everything she does, makes treatments very professional.

The front desk needs some manners, but services provided by Enisa are exceptional. Goes above and beyond in explaining every question asked, does a thorough job and takes her time with you. It is my first time getting services from Enisa, and should say she is the best I have had so far. Ask for her next time you go in.
If I can leave a 0 star I would. I got botox done 3 weeks ago with Nurse Syreeta and I am very disappointed. I have no noticeable difference and paid a lot of money. I’ve tried reaching out to discuss my concerns and the only response I get is to wait for it to kick in but it usually kicks in within the week. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the lack of results and the customer service. I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for Botox treatments that actually deliver.
If you are looking for quality care with long term and lasting results I am recommending Enigma Medi Spa and Laser Center. I've done three hydra facials and kept up with my daily skin care regimens and I cannot begin to tell you how in a short space of 3 months my skin has changed. No more dark spots and uneven skin just smooth, even and toned!!!!
I also do laser treatment for my underarms, I had severe ingrown hairs and was scared to do laser treatment. After the very first treatment I saw results. With every treatment I became more amazed ..no more ugly black bumps.
Enigma is Simply amazing!!!!! I was once a skeptic, but now I am testimony.
