The staff and quality of work is great and I would give it a 10 out of 10. However, the communication outside of the in person etiquette is horrible! I really wish that the attention given while in office can also be given to patients after their visits in order to help with the maintenance post-op/procedure. I’ve gone to two separate offices now and both display the same lack of communication. It’s truly upsetting and hurtful when you’ve trusted a company to help you achieve results just to pretty much be given the cold shoulder when assistance is needed most.
During my visit, I was treated warmly by staff and seen within minutes. The Doctor was accommodating and explained the entire procedure that I would need and also gave me referrals for work she did not perform. Great visit today the bonus was no time waisted.
From the beginning, everyone was polite and professional. Up front pricing with no lock in "packages" for laser hair removal is very convenient and accessible. I've been going for more than 6 months and my results are great.
I recently had the Vivace treatment with Bao Tran and couldn’t be more impressed. She was amazing! incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and care truly set her apart. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
This place is amazing and everyone is nice. It has a family atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed. The doctor was awesome. I do like how they can make appointments a year in advance. Which really helps me because I forget about making appointments.
I took my daughter for laser hair removal and was very impressed with the results after just two sessions. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Robin is very sweet—I consulted her about some laser treatments, and she always has great recommendations for improving my skin. She is never pushy. Highly recommend this place.
During an annual skin check with Dr. Abraham, she took a biopsy and contacted me personally at home that there was cancer. Today, I saw Dr. Krauss and she removed it. I received excellent care. All my questions were answered and the whole procedure was done quickly and painlessly. I drive a little distance for the attention and care I receive at Ringpfeil Advanced Dermatology and recommend them highly.
A compliment for Dr. Jason Neustadter- I met for a consultation a few weeks ago where he listened to my concerns and did not try to upsell me on any other treatments. Thank you to Dr. N for making me feel like I can make my own decisions for skin care. I ultimately decided to book the service because of his professionalism.
