I am really glad I found this dentist office. It’s lively and the staff seem to enjoy it here as well. This is my second time here, both for routine cleanings, both great visits. My appointment this time fell on Halloween eve and everyone was dressed in their costumes and so festive. Gerrel did my cleaning and x-rays this time, my cleaning last time and she is always so pleasant and gentle, yet thorough with my teeth. And her old skool Adidas ensemble was so cute! We talked throughout the visit and between the r&b playlist in the background and the TV above your head to watch when you’re leaning back along with the one in front of you when you’re sitting up, it almost feels like when you chillin’ over your cousin house. Dr. Batiste was just as pleasant this time as the last time and her chair-side manner I definitely appreciate. I don’t feel rushed and she seems genuinely concerned about the health of your teeth. She explains everything in detail and I don’t feel pressure to buy a package or upgrade my services. I’m always in and out. The artwork on the walls as you walk out is so beautiful and as a whole, you can tell the practice was thoughtfully designed. I’ll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.
I love coming to this dentist office. The Doctors (all women 😊) have really created a space that makes this place feel so comfortable and cozy. From the moment I walked in Neveah checked me in quickly so my appointment could start. As soon as Ms. Chan, the dental assistant, got me in the chair she prepared me for my exam and cleaning appointment. Ms Chan was so graceful and helpful and made me feel so comfortable before my cleaning! The Hygenist Ida made my teeth feel brand new! The Doctor Ms. Miller is always so responsive to my questions and concerns. And to close it out Brittany the patient coordinator smoothly and efficiently checked me out. I really enjoy my time at Elite Dental ! 🦷💕
Unreal!!! Entire STAFF was awsome! Mind you I never even met the head doctor but she has one helluva machine!!!
I had a first DAY hygienist working on me and she provided the best cleaning I’ve had in YEARS!!! Then the lead tech handled my Invisalign attachment removal FLAWLESSLY!!! The additional techs and physicians were so comforting! I really enjoyed this today!
The environment is so professional, welcoming and relaxing. The billing was transparent and wonderfully priced for my needs. As an older black man I also loved the fact that the majority of the staff were beautiful and intelligent black women although EVERYONE was A1!!!
Not only have I found my dentist I can’t wait to return!!! TEN STARS!!!

Amazing environment and extremely professional and very thorough. High tech equipment. Highly recommend. Geralle is genuine, gentle and knowledgeable. Adrienne is nice and very helpful makes it easy to understand the process. DR. Batiste is honest, caring and amazingly funny.
I had my first deep cleaning at Elite Dental Wellness Clinic, and I’m so glad I chose them. Geralle did my cleaning, and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, patient, and made me feel very relaxed even though the procedure was long and intensive.
She worked very carefully and thoroughly, and I could really see the effort she put into making sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable the entire time.
The clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and has a friendly and professional atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience.

If you like corporate medicine and efficiency, this is the place for you. If you would prefer a sense of compassion or concern about you as a person, keep searching. Although I have been a patient with this firm for decades, I am treated as a profit center rather than as a person. Every time I go for appointments, I am seen by a different technician or doctor. I feel like a cog in their machine. On my last visit I was scolded by a dentist, "You sure have a lot of crowns. You better floss those daily." A. I already do so. B. The crowns were dental procedures I received at your office. C. Would it be better if I had no teeth? The firm has lots of policies to convenience THEM: Pay before you receive treatment. The owner of the firm doesn't return calls.
I recently called for an appointment because of a chipped tooth, a problem that the office had previously treated and had reoccurred. I explained my needs to the office staff and asked for a morning appointment as soon as possible. I was given an appointment in a couple of days, but the day before it was to occur it was cancelled by them without explanation. When I called to find out why, the office staff told me that they had made a mistake. "The doctor only does exams at that appointment time, and you need a filling." MY MISTAKE: I thought the DENTIST, NOT THE RECEPTIONIST would examine me and determine what procedure was required?? I was then offered an afternoon appointment (Did they not pay attention to my request for a morning appointment?) When I complained about this, I was told it would be more than a week before I could see someone in the morning. She then referred to me as "Dear". I am not her "Dear", nor do I want to be spoken to in a patronizing manner. I am going to look for another provider.
