This is a transparent moment/review. Lol. I am petrified of the dentist due to past experience. But elite dental makes me feel very welcomed and at ease when I visit them. Doctor O is amazing. The staff has great hospitality. This place is awesome. Thanks guys. I highly recommend!!!

This office is terrible. I can't believe there are even offices like this. I went here over a year ago for dentures. The wait times are crazy. I drive 4 hours to this office and show up for a scheduled appointment for the lady to be walking out locking the door as I get there telling me they called everyone to reschedule because the dentist had an emergency. I never received any call. I tract down an area manager from another office and tell her my story. I then get a call from Crystal apologizing and tells me if I have anymore problems to just ask for her. On my next appointment, I waited 3 hours until I went up to the counter and asked for Crystal. When they called her, she told them to tell me she was too busy to come out and talk to me. I'm using Medicaid for these appointments so because they already put in an authorization and it was approved, I'm stuck with them or start over. So I stay. I go through the appointments putting up with the ignorance in the office and when it come time to pick up the teeth, they lost them. So now they start over. I go through all the appointments again driving 4 hours each way for each appointment to get to the appointment to pick them up and the authorization has expired and they won't schedule my appointment. When I contact Health Partners to tell them what's going on, they put me on hold to call them to see why they wouldn't let me pick up the teeth and they lied and said they didn't loose the dentures. These people have had my life on hold for 2 years like it's a joke. I'm spending the next week filing every complaint I can against this office and looking for lawyer. This place is terrible! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!

Avoid this place if you can! I would rate it 0 star if I could! Was told I need a filling, which was done. However, the doctor that did it was unprofessional! Not only was it not done properly, I almost couldn't breathe the whole time and she stretched my mouth until it was bruised while I was numbed. After that, I rescheduled to get it checked to see why I was feeling really bad sensitivity after getting that filling. I have told the desk THREE TIMES that I wanted a different doctor to check/re-do the filling and STILL got the same doctor! I arrived early to my appointment and have to wait almost an HOUR after my appointed time. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I would not recommend coming here. The wait times are ridiculous and it seems like they overbook patients. Appointment times feel pointless because you can end up waiting 2–3 hours just to be seen. I originally came in for a simple cleaning and filling with Dr. Omorodion, but I left in severe pain. I left feeling extremely disappointed and distraught with my experience.

In my humble opinion, it's really hard to find a dentist in Philadelphia who does good work. This place is okay in terms of the work itself, but they're terrible at keeping track of appointments. They give you an appointment for one time, and you have to wait for about three hours because they schedule so many patients for the same time slot. Honestly, they're awful.

This place need to be shut down, The staff is obviously nice, but they’re doing a terrible job, maintenance and people‘s teeth, what are you doing charging people all that money just to brush their teeth, my kid been going there for like almost 2 years every six months and they couldn’t even pay attention to her cavities. They’ll let me know until it got worse. And the crazy thing is I’m paying cash

Something needs to be said about the unprofessionalism of this business. I had scheduled a teeth cleaning over the phone with a receptionist. I did not want x rays to be done. The receptionist said she could ask the dentist if i could have the cleaning without xrays since they go hands in hand for new patients and because I’m paying out of pocket. She was aware i would be a new patient. She places me on hold for a couple minutes, then returns to the call apologizing for the wait but tells me that the dentist agreed to me having a cleaning WITHOUT xrays. Next day, I arrive. Sign the sheet at the front desk and sit down waiting for my appointment. When the desk attendant calls my name, i go to the desk. She tells me the price for an Xray and a cleaning. I then tell her about the conversation. She insists i need an xray, but she goes back to talk to dentist allegedly, who allegedly confirms i need an xray. I explain to her this is a big inconvenience as i left work. I also watched something similar happen with a woman who walked out minutes before me after she was told she had to pay $800 out of pocket for a deli cleaning she was completely unaware of was necessary to get her crown work done. The desk attendant tells me she doesn’t know who told me I could have procedure without xray or why. I ask to speak to someone higher, and I’m told the office manager would call me after I put my name down. My name is already written down and i set an appointment, so writing my name down is pointless. I just decided to leave because this level of miscommunication and lies is out of control. As I’m gathering my belongings I overhear another desk lady saying something about my “attitude.” I was visibly annoyed but definitely kept my cool and yes I expressed this was a big inconvenience. Even if i did have a so-called attitude, it would be warranted. If I’m giving that much attitude, she’s had a great life. Never raised my voice, never cussed. Just wanted accountability and my teeth cleaned as I had scheduled. 45 minutes of my life I’ll never get back sitting waiting for nothing while watching the live action Lilo & Stitch movie on the TV screen. A movie I would have probably never watched, but was literally the only good experience about any of this. To whoever is reading this, either don’t try this place or make sure you get everyone’s name you interact with for accountability. Not like it would matter, anyway.

Never never go here. I waited such a long time so be seen. The front staff are very unprofessional. I remember when I addressed some concerns and a PuertoRican lady, a little older, was the most vile person who needs an attitude adjustment. She harbors no management skills at all. The wrong people become managers. The soul of a company starts at the top. This place is literally a dump. Pack this institution up and get it out the dental business.
