NEVER coming here again. I’m so tired of this place. They are constantly overbooking themselves. Why am I waiting an hour and a half WITH AN APPOINTMENT?! The wait has been ridiculous more than once. And this was after they already had to rebook me because when I came in for my cleaning I had a cavity and they didn’t have time to fill it that day. Then y’all have the nerve to take walk-in’s. What is the point of having an appointment. I will be going else where from now on
Dr. D. was my dentist, and he cleaned both my teeth and my six-year-old daughter’s teeth. He is honestly the best dentist I have had here in Philadelphia. I have been to several dentists before, but none of them cleaned my teeth as thoroughly as he did. He was very caring and even warned me that I might feel pain for up to a week. However, today — just one day later — the pain is much less than what I experienced with previous dentists. I am very impressed with the quality of his work and how attentive he was. I highly recommend him. Excellent doctor and excellent dental cleaning.
Called as new patient to make an appointment the receptionist was a little rude and didn't listen well. She kept asking me the same questions over and over, as if she was overwhelmed. When running a professional business you need professional employees. Being that the initial call experience was bad, I'm just going to find a better Dental office that's more welcoming to everyone, no matter what their ethnicity is. Please do better!!!!
I've been coming to this place for my cavity appointments, and they're terrible at scheduling. You book an appointment for a certain time, and then they leave you waiting for two hours or more. They schedule four people for the same time slot, and it seems they're understaffed. Today, I've been waiting two hours for my cavity appointment, and it's so infuriating. I booked my appointment early so I'd have time to get to work. Yesterday, when I called, they told me the procedure would only take an hour, but the doctor hasn't even shown up yet. It's like this all the time. If you want to save time, I recommend you don't come to this place. It's completely disrespectful.
I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. Dr. S treated both of my sons, and I could immediately tell he truly cares about his patients. He was very educational, patient, and made sure both my boys were comfortable throughout the visit. I also want to thank the front desk receptionist — I accidentally arrived at the wrong location, and she handled everything with such professionalism. She corrected the issue right away, helped with check-in, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the kindness and care from both Dr. S and the entire staff. Highly recommend!

NO, my appointment was for 2:00. I waited until 3:10 and got called.
This morning when I scheduled a emergency appointment I told them a tooth broke last night. And I needed a emergency appointment.
I was told everything was good and I can come in at 2:00. After waiting for so long I was told I can't get nothing done but a cleaning.
I asked why would I need a emergency for a cleaning!?
BAD SERVICE and no one wanted to help me past that, not even file a complaint.
The worst ever. Nobody knows what they are doing and can’t explain anything to you. They expect you to come sit there and wait for information you could have told to bring with you over the phone. They are very inpatient and unprofessional and needs customer service training. I been in healthcare for over 25 years and have never seen or experienced service that bad. I only rated one star to write this review they deserve a negative 10. All around bad experience will never return
Terrified of getting service here. So unorganized. Ive been trying to get insurance pre determination for over 2 months. They filed it wrong 3 times. Then we went in person to make sure they did it right and still cant get on the same page.
We get a call for my predetermined insurance and call back elite dental who is claiming it didnt happen and they just filed yesterday whoch isnt true. Then I get transferred to the supervisor who didnt let me speak, harassed me for being trans, and hung up on me for trying to speak. Going in person to get names. Jennifer was the horrid lead I spoke with.
If you are trans RUN!!! These ppl are not allies. If you are not trans, good luck, you will need ot here.
