Been seen at the Gilbert location several times. It's a clean, modern Dermatology place and it is very busy. The staff from the front desk to MAs taking you back are great. Always seen in time and usually only wait 5min after going back to the exam room before seeing a PA. Usually see a PA and never an issue they are great and quick and efficient. Easy to get an appointment when I need it and they follow up with text and you can text them as well. They do have a patient portal as well. Highly recommend Desert Sky Dermatology.
This was my first time at Desert Sky, and I had a very pleasant experience. It’s a busy office but everything seems to flow efficiently. I was so pleased with Brittany Mackie (and her medical assistant). Brittany was personable yet very professional-a great combination. I’ll definitely go back.
My appointment was 06/24/26. I’ve been suffering for 14 months with an unknown skin & scalp issue. My appointment was with PA Dylan Irish. His friendly/Professional demeanor and quick identification identifying the potential cause and prescribing a series of remedies and Prescriptions was reassuring. I’ve followed his Medical instruction for just over 24hrs now. I’m overwhelmed with the results in just a short period of time so far. I want to personally thank you Sir.
I’ve visited the Gilbert office several times and am consistently impressed. It’s a clean, modern, and high-volume practice, yet the entire team—from the front desk to the MAs—is fantastic. I’m always seen on time, with minimal waiting once in the exam room. The PAs are efficient and provide excellent care. I also love how easy it is to book appointments and communicate via text or their patient portal. Highly recommend!
Very pleased. Needed Mohs surgery on my nose to remove squamous cancer cells. Was scheduled in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. Staff and doctor were very supportive. Well organized. In and out quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I had a really positive experience with Brittany Mackie, PA at Desert Sky Dermatology while being seen for my acne. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Brittany explained everything clearly and helped create a treatment plan that felt personalized for my skin.
I appreciated how thorough she was and that she made sure I understood the different options available. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. I had such a wonderful experience at my recent skin check and Botox appointment. Dr. Thiede was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything during the skin exam and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. The Botox results look natural and refreshed — exactly what I was hoping for! The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole visit felt professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
As a NEW Patient, upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly Front Desk Team, in a very clean and modern Lobby. Then to my pleasant surprise, I was taken back slightly before my appointment, and was amazed by how big the facility actually is. Dylan Irish, PA-C. is by far THE BEST Dermatologist in the valley. He was very nice and overall a cool guy. He was very thorough in his assessment, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and reassured me, and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Good-Dermatologist to perform an Annual Skin Check.
