Had my intake call in May. My appointment was canceled due to them not knowing who takes my insurance ( BCBS) within their office. Cancelled my appointment for June 5. Then canceled my appointment on June 12th without telling me. But did have billing send me a statement saying I missed my appointment on June 5th?
I’m confused because.. if detailed notes were taken, it would be understood that I never missed an appointment. You guys keep canceling my appointments, and giving me the run around as to why you guys are canceling it. Then I was informed by whoever spoke to me that this is actually knotted a medical office. I thought therapist and psychiatrist dealt with medical things, hence why you guys are using my medical insurance to bill things.
Just sounds like you guys are confused, not communicating amongst each other, but make sure you take my money. Even though you guys have never seen me.
I would only like to speak to a supervisor moving forward. Especially after being told that I would be out in a waiting list that goes up to a year… yeah idk what kind of medical office or therapy office this is , but with my 10 years in the medical field, I’ve never dealt or witnessed an office or staff like this.
I will also be reporting this to the state. I recorded the call from the last person that spoke with me, and she told me that they don’t keep notes or com logs from speaking to patients, which is a huge red flag and lawsuit.
This practice is really amazing. All the staff is warm and friendly and they do physical and mental health together in the same place like they could. Haydar Hassan is my primacy care, and he is fantastic. He is personable and understanding and listens without judgement. I also see Erica, and Rachael and they are amazing too! I just switched my teenagers to Denova as well. Thank you everyone for all you do! 🫶
Dr. Clara Krajnik is awesome; she and her team at Denova really take the time to ensure my medical issues are handled, and they follow up with the appropriate referrals and medication if needed. I'm currently scheduled for a long overdue knee surgery (my fault) thanks to the diligence of Dr. Krajnik.... I feel important and that my needs matter. Where can you find this level of care nowadays? Seriously....Only at Denova!
I go here for all of my healthcare and everyone has been excellent. Booking appointments is quick and easy - rescheduling as well. The only thing that could be better is messaging through the portal - I am unable to send messages to my providers directly it’s always billing or general Q&A… it would be nice to send messages directly to my providers or their medical assistants when necessary.
Abby is a great therapist. She is so caring and a great listener... We have great conversations! I enjoy the appointments and look forward to the next. She's the best!!!
Honestly, I’m so grateful to have my Therapist. She is the best in my opinion and we connect so easily. I was a little bit skeptical at first because I have never had an individual Therapist before, but she made it very comfortable to share my authentic self and created a a safe place for me to speak 100% recommend
Denova Collaborative Health is so great and has helped our family so much. I love the care we are getting and if we don't see eye to eye with the Therapist we can talk and if need be we can get a new Therapist that is more suited for one or all of our family members, it all depends on who is having the issue. Denova has been a tremendous asset with our teenage daughter and we are slowly becoming a family. We haven't gotten where we need to as a family and we still have a ways to go but Denova Collaborative Health has helped us tremendously. I recommend them to anyone who is having difficulties with their teens. They have helped us a lot. Thank you Denova Collaborative Health you have helped my family so much.

Sooo Denova was easy to set up with get the help I needed I have an amazing therapist Abigail, having her to talk to and come up with coping mechanisms and ways to deal with problems and anxiety and depression and etc. I’ve gotten to where I really am okay and I’m doing it all without medication! I recommend this group to everyone!!! Love love love Abby and Denova for making getting help not feel like I am a burden !
